Viktor is an AI employee that lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams. AI for the rest of us. Most AI tools wait for a prompt, answer in a chat window, then forget everything. Viktor is different. He works where your team already works, connects to 3,200+ business tools, learns how your company operates, and actually does the work: pulling reports, managing ad campaigns, building dashboards, researching leads, automating workflows, and shipping code. You talk to him like a teammate. He gets smarter about your business every day. What Viktor does - Works across your entire stack in one message. Pull Meta Ads data, analyze it, update Notion, and open a Linear issue, all from a single Slack or Teams message. - Acts proactively, not reactively. Viktor watches how your team works, flags issues before you ask (SSL problems, page-indexing gaps, ad spend drift), and suggests automations on his own. - Runs scheduled work 24/7. Daily metrics digests, weekly audits, monthly reconciliations, all running autonomously. - Delivers real, professional output. Board-ready PDFs, Excel models, and slide decks with real charts and tables, not walls of text. - Builds and ships software. Viktor clones repos, opens pull requests, triages bugs, and deploys full web apps (dashboards, portals, internal tools) from a single message. - Remembers your company. Persistent memory means he retains past decisions, team preferences, and processes across every conversation. Who Viktor is for Founders, operators, and teams who need analyst, operations, marketing, and engineering capacity but cannot hire for every gap. Viktor speaks marketing, SEO, finance, ops, and engineering, a combination that is impossible to hire for in one person. He scales from a two-person startup to growing companies that need shared context across the whole team. Integrations 3,200+ tools including Stripe, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, PostHog, Linear, Notion, GitHub, and Salesforce. If a connection does not exist yet, Viktor can build one. Security and compliance SOC 2 compliant, GDPR aligned, CCPA compliant, and CASA Tier 3 certified. Sensitive actions run through an approval flow, so your team stays in control. Getting started Add Viktor to your Slack or Microsoft Teams workspace in one click and start working. Get Started for Free at viktor.com.

"Intuitive, Thorough AI Employee That Executes End-to-End Projects Fast"

5/5

What do you like best about viktor.com?

It is the most intuitive, capable, and thorough AI software that i have used and its use cases are vast. The best part is that its like an employee that i can talk to normally like a person. I can give it parameters that i need met and have it independently work on a beginning to end project according to my needs without my intervention for the most part.

It has the ability to connect with my other software and internal systems and do multiple projects at once. The best part about learning how to use Viktor is that you can talk about a task that needs to be done and then ask it to describe the best way to go about conducting it and what Viktor's extent of capabilities are in completing it. I am usually happy with how fast it produces results.

And because it works via Slack, i can create multiple distinct channels for different areas of my business and have Viktor deployed in all channels working simultaneously on different tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viktor.com?

I think we need to be very careful about credit usage and spend at times. The biggest spend comes to Slack threads including Viktor that exceed 10 messages per thread. It requires diligence and specificity on prompting and task assignment. The biggest issue is that I can't use viktor as a thinking partner and go back and forth with it like i would with Claude, and have learned to have my research and questions with Claude and my final Task execution and operations using Viktor. I would greatly prefer if i could do everything in Viktor but it would be too costly on credits. It has been a good teacher of discipline and thinking through my prompts before sending them out to Viktor though.

i also don't like that there is no price break or better deals when buying credits in bulk. $50 gets you 20,000 credits and that ratio stays the same even if you spend $500 at a time for credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Viktor maintains a working memory on Me, my business, my client avatars, my brand, and my style. So I can deploy it in any part of my business. I use it to script and build out my content strategy, scripts, images, ads, etc. And then I use it to do analysis on my performance across my business metrics and report for me and suggest solutions.

With my integrations it also handles my emails, google drive, CRM, and other things. Its very good at handling large volumes of work.

In short the best thing is that it has streamlined and automated a ton of work that needs doing repeatedly (daily, weekly, monthly). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer Virtual Employee That Keep Our Small Business Organized & Moving Forward"

5/5

What do you like best about viktor.com?

Integrating Viktor as a virtual employee has been a game-changer for our very small business. Things that have sat in my inbox for months are quickly resolved and moved forward. I use Viktor to brainstorm and develop new ways of looking at our business. It integrates with everything we use, and it can help me look at our data in a way I have never thought of. Using Viktor in Slack has made it my go-to place. It keeps me organized and on task with scheduled prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viktor.com?

During onboarding, I learned a lot about what I really needed Viktor to do. I wish I hadn't burned through my credits creating so many unnecessary scheduled prompts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Viktor is solving a lot of bottlenecks in the number of emails we receive from companies wanting to work with us. Viktor helps us determine if an email is legit and how we should respond to them. It also can double check work that I need to do less frequently and find any mistakes. Gives great data analysis on past sales and email trends and helps me stay on task. "It's not a tool, it's a teammate that actually does the work."

5/5

What do you like best about viktor.com?

It actually does the work. Not "helps you do the work" or "suggests things you could do." It does the work.

I run a digital marketing agency with 11 active clients. I connected Viktor to Stripe, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HighLevel, ClickUp, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, and within a couple of weeks it was running weekly Meta Ads reviews for two clients, weekly Stripe revenue reports, monthly Google Business Profile posts, Google Ads reviews, and credit usage monitoring. All automated, all on schedule.

The best part is the channel-per-client workflow. I create a Slack channel for a client, connect the integrations, and Viktor starts working in that channel like a team member who already knows the account. I've tagged it in a channel at 10pm on a Sunday and had a full Google Ads review with recommendations back in minutes.

It also remembers everything. My preferences, client details, brand guidelines, naming conventions. I told it once that I don't want em dashes in any output and it's never used one since. That kind of persistent memory across every task is something I haven't seen in any other AI tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viktor.com?

The cost model takes some getting used to. Credits are usage-based, so if you treat it like a chat window and run long conversations, it adds up fast. I had to learn to start new threads for new tasks and be specific with instructions. Once I figured that out, it became much more predictable.

The Stripe integration token expires roughly every 3 weeks and needs manual reconnection. Minor, but it means the weekly revenue report occasionally fails until I reconnect it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time. I'm a one-person operation running 11 client accounts. Before Viktor, weekly ad reviews, revenue reports, and social content were all manual. Now the weekly Meta Ads reviews for AZURE Paint and CMC run automatically every Sunday night and are waiting in their channels Monday morning. The Stripe revenue report drops into #finance every Monday. GBP posts for ABM Painting get drafted monthly with real project photos pulled from Google Drive.

It also handles ad-hoc work I'd normally spend hours on: diagnosing why a landing page loads slowly on mobile, reviewing website conversion issues through Google Analytics, running competitor research, creating Meta Ads campaigns from brief to launch, and generating local SEO content using Perplexity for research.

The honest comparison isn't to other software. It's to hiring someone. A part-time VA doing this same work would cost $1,500-$3,000/month and wouldn't be available at 10pm on a Sunday. Viktor costs a fraction of that and doesn't drop the ball. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Viktor Feels Like Multiple Hires in One - A Powerful Assistant for Business Growth"

5/5

What do you like best about viktor.com?

I've used Viktor for a while now. There is a learning curve of how to best use the Agent but once you understand it it becomes the assistant you. have always wished for but could never find in one person. Simply put, Viktor takes the place of multiple hires and can help you grow your business with a fraction of the amount of time and effort you would put into it otherwise. The best advice I can give anyone is to get into the Slack Channel before you really start using Viktor and read the comments. This will save you hours, hundreds of dollars and get things going the way they should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viktor.com?

The downsides is running through credits if you aren't careful. Viktor is not cheap and in return it doesn't give cheap work. However, simply by asking questions and making sure Viktor sticks to price quotes for each action you can judge how effective things are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Viktor solves a multitude of problems. Everything from funnel designs to handling LinkedIn and my email, to making suggestions on how to best market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy HubSpot Integration and a Highly Customizable Viktor for Slack"

5/5

What do you like best about viktor.com?

We have been able to train Viktor on how it interacts with us but we have also been able to limit which areas of slack he inhabits.

All of our team have interacted with Viktor and in particular they have enjoyed the current world cup analysis along with our Padel competition participation where Viktor has been working out the ceeding for the tournaments.

It has been easy to intergrate with our other software such as HubSpot

We have used the free version to date but are considering moving to the paid version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viktor.com?

The only issue that we have had is that you have to be careful on credit usage as Viktor can get a little enthusiastic and burn through them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We decided to use Viktor to interact with our team and make observations on different channels and the work the team are doing. However, the biggest value has been the jokes and sarcasm that Viktor excels on having been taught how to do this by the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Website Building with Human-Like Interaction"

4.5/5

What do you like best about viktor.com?

I like that Viktor.com is easy to work with and allows me to interact with it just like talking to a human, which is great because you don't need to know coding to get the job done. It's as simple as it gets for setup. Viktor.com has helped me build my entire ecosystem, consisting of eight platforms for my not-for-profit. It feels like having an employee, which is amazing because I operate solo in this field. The set up is incredible, and the fact is that it is billed as a coworker in slack, but I barely use it for Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viktor.com?

I think there are a few things that can be improved: the amount of rework sometimes feels frustrating. And the communication to the support team has gotten much better. But there is still a lot of questions that don't go answered and need to be worked through before they can be given an answer. Also, communication in general has started to dwindle since the release of Teams. The team was so super helpful and accessible prior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Viktor.com helps build websites and internal platforms without needing coding skills, creating an ecosystem for my not-for-profit. It's easy to work with and communicates like a human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Small team, big output — Viktor fills the gaps"

5/5

What do you like best about viktor.com?

The most helpful thing about Viktor is that it actually executes — it's not a chatbot that gives you ideas you still have to implement yourself. I run a small energy and internet company with a team of four, and Viktor handles our daily customer data syncs from a wholesale portal that has no API (it logs in, downloads the CSV, and updates our CRM automatically), drafts personalized churn recovery emails in Gmail every morning before I'm at my desk, runs a 3-email drip sequence for our solar leads, generates and publishes our weekly social media content with branded graphics, and even ran a full SEO audit on both our websites and implemented the fixes directly in WordPress. The range is the real upside — one tool replaced a social media service we were paying for, eliminated hours of manual CRM data entry, and removed the need for separate email automation software, all inside Slack where I already work. I send it voice messages from my truck and come back to finished drafts waiting for approval. For a small team, that consolidation alone saves us real hours every week and real dollars every month in tools we've dropped. The unexpected benefit was the memory — I corrected a piece of energy terminology once, and it never got it wrong again. It knows our brand colors, our competitors, how I write emails, my signature. That kind of persistent context means I'm not re-explaining things constantly, which is something I've never experienced with any other tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viktor.com?

The main downside is that Viktor can be verbose — sometimes I ask a quick question and get a five-paragraph answer when a sentence would do. I'd rather get the short answer and ask for more if I need it. The other thing I've run into is context not always carrying across channels. I had a situation where Viktor was doing work in one Slack channel and had no idea what it was doing in another, so I had to explain things it should have already known. It's been improved since I flagged it, but early on that was frustrating. There's also a learning curve in figuring out how to delegate effectively — it's powerful, but it's not like handing a task to a human who fills in the gaps intuitively. You need to be somewhat specific about what you want, especially for bigger projects. None of these are deal-breakers given the output I'm getting, but they're real. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Viktor, our biggest problem was tool sprawl and manual busywork eating up my day. We had a social media service putting out generic content that got zero engagement, I was manually downloading CSV exports from our wholesale portal to keep track of customer churn, our CRM had no automated data flowing into it, and SEO on both our websites had literally never been touched — we discovered the "discourage search engines" box had been checked since launch, meaning Google couldn't even find us. Now, Viktor syncs our entire customer database daily from that portal automatically, flags churn the same morning it happens, and drafts personalized win-back emails offering a $50 credit — we went from catching cancellations days late to having recovery emails ready before 7 AM. Our social media went from outsourced filler to locally-focused content with branded graphics across five content pillars, and engagement jumped noticeably once we started posting community-relevant stuff instead of generic energy tips. The solar lead campaign brought in 37 leads through Facebook, each one automatically entered into a 3-email drip sequence without me touching anything. The SEO fixes alone — meta titles, schema markup, new service pages, indexing turned on — were work I would have paid an agency thousands for. The whole experience lives inside Slack, which is already open on my screen, so there's no extra dashboard or login. Integrations with Facebook, Gmail, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zoho CRM, Chargebee, and our WordPress sites all work and were set up through conversation, not configuration wizards. For the price, the ROI isn't even close — I've dropped at least two paid tools and absorbed work that would have required a part-time hire. The AI is the part that ties it together: it doesn't just automate tasks, it learns our business context over time and connects dots across channels, which means the longer you use it, the less you have to explain. What do you like best about viktor.com?

I like how Viktor.com can actually do work for me rather than just suggesting work I need to do, which takes it to the next level compared to other LLMs. I've used it to build KPIs, charts, and metrics, making it easy to track these for my business. It has helped us a lot, and the initial setup was very easy. Even though it was a bit tricky to start and understand how to use it properly, it's been working out so well that we're planning to transfer everything over to Viktor.com in time. What do you dislike about viktor.com?

I would say it does forget things sometimes, it glosses over or assumes things that are quite important however, if you're paying attention to what it's doing you can usually catch those issues and get it worked out with him. But sometimes it takes a while and can be frustrating. A little bit tricky to start to understand how to use it properly. But even with all that said I think its an amazing product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about viktor.com?

I have been researching Ai systems for over 9 months now, and Viktor is one of the few that I can see that is more than creating an image of a chicken crossing the road but on the moon, but in saying that it just opens system that works with you, makes you think outside the box and lets you become creative like back in school. What do you dislike about viktor.com?

It’s surprising how quickly you burn through credits. At the same time, you get so many ideas that I think I ended up creating about 10 projects over the weekend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’ve had an idea for my business for over 15 years, but as a small business we don’t have the budget. Even so, I’ve created a number of solutions that will make my clients’ lives easier, and now that I’ve implemented them, I can finally start putting that long-held idea into practice.

The best part you use one easy system that understands everyday language you dont need to be tech nerd to get what your trying to achieve.

In what would take me 2 or 3 days work i had it completed in 15 minutes,

which allowed to add additional part of support and providing guides

I can also provide a clean and simple way to automate a lot of part of my business that i normally use systems like zapier but it has its limitations.

The best part instead of having multiple software system running I can have the one system that knows where im at, it helps when you forget or lose parts that previously worked on. instead of going though dozens of programs trying to find wha you have been working on. "A jack-of-all-trades coworker that understands your business and works really, really fast"

4.5/5

What do you like best about viktor.com?

I think the biggest thing is that it is right there, in Slack, with your full business context, and knowledge and skills are shared across the team.

It is ridiculously easy to get started. Basically just sign in via Slack and that's it. Viktor will take you from there.

While it does make mistakes (it is just AI, after all), I've been able to accomplish so much more than without it, even when you count the time fixing issues.

There are \*tons\* of integrations, and Viktor can build his own if one does not exist already.

I think the pricing is fair, especially given the amount of infrastructure behind it all.

You can choose your model easily via the dashboard, and they have the latest models available within hours of release.

And did I mention the Slack community?

Besides all the help and support from the team, they are open to complaints and feature requests and are usually very quick to improve Viktor based on that feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about viktor.com?

There are a lot of issues, but they don't outweigh the benefits.

I guess the biggest thing is that it is still AI. Even with the layers of guidance and control they add, it still can get confused, do things it shouldn't, and make mistakes. I think Fable 5 will help with this, but it is expensive and overkill for smaller tasks; building apps, though, will be a lot easier with it...

Trying to one-shot an app is hard, even with Opus. Even with a detailed spec and getting it to generate a plan before implementing, it tends to miss details and leave lots of bugs. I expect Fable 5 will do a lot better, though.

Understanding the best way to use it is also a bit of a mission. Currently it is a combination of asking Viktor himself, watching the community Slack for tips, and already knowing how AI works and how to use it.

But they are working on training and support resources, so hopefully this won't remain much of an issue.

On that note, pricing can seem scarily uncontrollable at times. It is a subscription for a certain amount of usage, and you can easily use up a lot of your credits. But think of it as a platform or hire: When applied correctly, it does work faster than could be done by other means, or work that could not be done at all. Paying $150 for a simple little app seems expensive compared to a typical SaaS subscription for an app of similar size and complexity, but when a SaaS tool doesn't exist for your niche case, it is a lot cheaper than getting a dev to do it! (I am a dev. It took a basic spec and a day of occasional prompting to make an acceptable app, whereas doing it "manually" even with Claude Code could have been the whole day of just working on that. And that $150 is a one time cost that is saving us $100/month in Zapier subscription cost...)

Permissions for integration actions (e.g., always allow, never allow, ask for confirmation) are not as granular as I'd like. Ideally we'd have overall permissions for an integration, and then customizable per user, app, and scheduled task.

Also, apps and scripted scheduled tasks can't use write actions, so you have to workaround that with a queue of actions to be performed and agent scheduled tasks to execute them.

I believe they are working on improving at least some of this. Quite a number of people have asked in their Slack, and they do listen to requests.

Skills and scheduled tasks are a bit tricky to get visibility on and manage. (But they are working on this as I write!)

There have been outages. Some are general internet infrastructure outages (AWS, etc.), some are specific to their infrastructure provider, and some are related to the model providers themselves (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). But they are working on improving reliability all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is viktor.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wear a lot of hats, mainly Tech Admin/Systems Admin. Having a tool that can build stuff and automate stuff is insanely useful. And then there's the ease of pulling comprehensive analytics reports across GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, Intelligems, etc.; finding stuff in Trello, or even organizing Trello; and everything else that requires pulling info together from multiple platforms or updating stuff in multiple platforms.

There is stuff I could build myself but is usually quicker and easier with Viktor, even if just for the first prototype:

- Need an app that processes incoming email attachments and adds them to sales in our ERP? Built.

- Want to regularly scan our ~2000 products in Shopify for basic issues without needing AI? Done.

- And I've got two big ones lined up, each of which would take me days without Viktor... Fable 5 here I come...

There is stuff I could write down to remember or research manually:

- Need meeting prep for the day? Viktor sends me a brief each morning with agendas and action items and context.

There are manual workflows we can speed up, improve, or replace:

- Need product descriptions? Instead of using Claude or ChatGPT to write it, Viktor can research the product and write a description using our product description SOP, our product knowledge database, and our brand and business context; he even knows the nuance of the "why" behind the product, based on our Slack conversation about it.

- Same with other copy. And he can easily push to a Google Doc for review and editing, and then when we give the green light he pulls the content from the doc and publishes it for us.

- Need to migrate a Shopify collection from Manual to Smart or vice versa? We have an SOP in Notion for that; just give Viktor the collection name or link and he's on it.

There are also little automations that are useful but which we wouldn't have invested engineering time in otherwise. Like managing the agendas for weekly internal meetings and detailing them to the team before the meeting (we do this for multiple teams).

And so much more...

A lot (or most) of this could be done with Claude, but the fact that Viktor knows our business and our team makes most of them a lot smoother. And heck, if you need to switch to Claude Code he can assemble context and write the prompt so Claude knows everything it needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
