We no longer need to manually create addresses or manage spreadsheets to conduct gifting programs. The Dashboard provides real-time visibility into redemptions, engagement and ROI. Instead of chasing addresses, uploading CSVs, or dealing with one-time shipping difficulties, we can send hundreds of personalised gifts with a few clicks. This has saved our team hours of administrative time and enabled us to expand our giving initiatives, particularly for customer gratitude, employee rewards and event follow-ups. It's extremely easy to use and free for orgs sending fits. What I love the most is I don't have to ask folks for their mailing address--just drop them a link to the gift. Zest helps us execute gifting in our GTM efforts without tracking down individual mailing addresses. Given the remote world, it's hard to know where people want items shipped (home or office).
