We no longer need to manually create addresses or manage spreadsheets to conduct gifting programs. The Dashboard provides real-time visibility into redemptions, engagement and ROI. **What do you dislike about Zest?** While the platform is quite smooth, we'd want to see more direct interfaces with CRMs such as Salesforce and Hubspot, even if we can work around it using the link-based method **What problems is Zest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zest eliminates the manual labor and coordination often connectedwith gifting. Instead of chasing addresses, uploading CSVs, or dealing with one-time shipping difficulties, we can send hundreds of personalised gifts with a few clicks. It's extremely easy to use and free for orgs sending fits. What I love the most is I don't have to ask folks for their mailing address--just drop them a link to the gift. The unboxing of the gift is pretty cool too! **What do you dislike about Zest?** Overall the platform is really great. As the team ships more features, I'd love to see easier visibility on tracking my orders. **What problems is Zest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zest helps us execute gifting in our GTM efforts without tracking down individual mailing addresses. Given the remote world, it's hard to know where people want items shipped (home or office). Zest removes that need to ask and track all that. You just drop a link and the receipant inputs their preferred address.
