Users forward supplier invoices by email or upload PDFs and images, and ZeroPaste extracts key fields such as vendor name, invoice date, invoice number, totals, VAT, and currency into structured, reviewable rows. The product is designed as a review-first workflow: AI handles the reading, while humans stay in control of approval and export. ZeroPaste supports exports for CSV/XLSX, Xero-friendly workflows, QuickBooks-friendly workflows, DATEV EXTF Buchungsstapel for German practices, and Alegra.
