ZeroParse Statements turns bank and credit card statements into clean, categorized transactions, ready for Excel, CSV, QuickBooks (.QBO) or Xero. Checked, not trusted. After extraction, every statement is compared with the figures it prints about itself: opening and closing balances, column totals, or the running balance beside each row. When they match, it says so. When they don't, it shows exactly which figures disagree and, where it can, which row the difference starts at. When a statement prints nothing to check against, it says that too. No AI. Extraction is deterministic and rule-based: the PDF's own text layer, or OCR for scanned statements, plus layout analysis and pattern matching. There are no AI or LLM models anywhere in the pipeline, so the same statement always gives the same result. Private by design. CSV, Excel and OFX files are read in your browser and never uploaded. PDFs are processed in memory and destroyed when extraction finishes; they're never written to disk. Your documents are never used to train a model. Built for bookkeepers and accountants: drop a year of statements at once and get one combined table, fix any cell before exporting, add your own categorization rules, reconcile a statement against a QuickBooks or Xero ledger export, and build a year-end workbook or a lender's cash-flow summary. Firm accounts can send clients an encrypted upload link. Published benchmark: 83 real bank statements, 77 of which reconcile completely (93%), with the rest published too. Start free: 50 PDF credits when you sign up, no card required. CSV, Excel and OFX are always free.
