The tool meets our need for centralization well, with convenient Figma integration and easy accessibility for all stakeholders (design, dev, product, business). Simple to grasp and implement thanks to the good number of features available. The customer support is responsive and efficient. **What do you dislike about zeroheight?** However, we notice certain limitations: Figma synchronization is not always perfectly reliable, resource loading performance could be optimized, and the collaborative aspect remains improvable. It is not really possible to work simultaneously with multiple people without being exposed to untimely refreshes that disrupt editing. **What problems is zeroheight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zeroheight allows us to build the complete documentation of our Design System to make it available for any current or future user. ### 2. I didn’t need any coding experience, and the page content suggestions helped a ton. **What do you dislike about zeroheight?** Its token management was quite unreliable, and once I’d synced multiple large design files, it took quite some time for any future syncing to complete. **What problems is zeroheight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an efficient way to create an engaging Design System website that would be accessible to both internal employees and external stakeholders. ### 3. It has the flexibility to customize styling and layouts that best fit our branding and organization preferences. The integration of Figma and design tokens are the most integral features we use, allowing us to connect and update directly from our system and helping with efficiency and alignment. The addition of AI has also been extremely useful when composing short or long-form documentation. Our Zeroheight counterpart, Daphne, has served as a great resource to spotlight and educate us on new features and ideas to better optimize our use. Customer support has always responded quickly to issues too. **What do you dislike about zeroheight?** Zeroheight has been fairly slow and buggy in regard to publishing new releases as well as uploading and updating new and existing Figma design assets. There has also been a bit of a learning curve for adaptation from new editors and users because the tool is quite robust and overwhelming at times. Because of that, we're still working on more adoption from external team members and hoping to phase out other sources of documentation. The dashboard and adoption analytics features have been very underutilized as a result. **What problems is zeroheight solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem Zeroheight has solved is serving as our single source of truth for documentation that is directly connected to our design system in Figma. We have an expansive system and it can be hard to maintain updates, which we used to update manually. Now, the Figma design upload enables us to refresh any updated assets with more efficiency and ease. ### 4. Finding information is not always easy (partly due to how we chose to structure the content, but also due to the navigation in Zeroheight: styleguides, search bars, etc.) **What problems is zeroheight solving and how is that benefiting you?** Synchronization issues ### 5. The problem we needed to solve was ensuring brand consistency, both in terms of language and design, internally and externally. Our styleguide is a single source of truth. Before, all the information was dotted around our intranet and on people's hard drives, in PDFs and PowerPoints that were often out of date. Now everything in our styleguide is up to date. ### 6. From Figma designs to Fractal styleguides to Storybook, Zeroheight is able to incorporate them all into seamless, comprehensive documentation for our users. **What do you dislike about zeroheight?** I would like to see more ways to automate the updating of content or documentation.
