It would be great if different alert emails could be targeted to specific user groups. Not every user needs to receive an alert notification when a request to remove a listed card is still pending or in process. I like ZeroFox for its ease of usage and takedown assurance. Their UI and alert management configuration are very good, making it easy to navigate alerts, update, and follow up on cases. I find the feature of adding threats to a watchlist to be very helpful. The alert management allows me to easily look back at old alerts and filter down by attributes, which helps in tracking particular cases well. We receive a lot of duplicate credit card alerts from the dark web. It would be helpful to have a way to avoid being notified about the same cards repeatedly.
