ZeroFox has been a delight to work with. Lily, our account manager will keep us inform and engage with all the trending and up to date information about the dark web and bad actors trying to impersonate ligitimate websites, and over all how to incorporate new technics to maintain security in top notch. I also like thier portal dashboard, keeps a constant up to date information about our domain and websites. Enitial setup can be a bit of work, since it requires your website designers to incorporate ZeroFox services and beacons. Nothing too crazy though and it's only done once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The level of support provided by the team at ZeroFox is incredibly impressive. From onboarding to ongoing support, they are with you at every step.

As a solution it is very rich with information and on the face of it this may seem overwhelming. But through the implementaton, the team contiually model the system around your requirements to ultimately present something is highly useful and of incredible interest. The Intelligence Search feature alone is super useful in not only providing a daily summary of global threats but also providing a searchable index of breaches. Nothing stands out. I guess one nice enhancement would be to make the breach handling recommendations a little richer and less generic. But they also offer a takedown service to handle a breach response on the Client's behalf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ZeroFox is a great solution for external protection for your organization's brand, reputation, and assets. They offer a full on white glove service that makes their solution easy to use and assists with remediation of threats. Their platform displays alerts and notifications that make it efficient to review and respond to. Their method of reporting (dashboard ane email) keep my orgainzation informaed of our status as well as the industry overall. From Sales to Management, I have yet to have any issue contacting ZeroFox for any reason. When in doubt Ask ZeroFox!

The knowledge that it's constantly scanning and checking to protect our assets. The interface is really easy to use and the support is great, no matter what question you have it's quickly answered either by our account manager or by the helpdesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is expensive, so difficult to get immediate buy in from the board, but once it is in place and reporting you can see the benefit. The only downside is it can be sometimes to 'sensative' to the parameters but that's just a case of tweaking the rule set Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The ZeroFox team and customer support has been awesome throughout the POC, initial setup, and now in our normal business relationship. It is truly an awesome team to work with!

- ZeroFox offers awesome customization capabilities in the platform where we are actually able to set it the way we want and make changes without needing to engage

We use it for Domain Abuse, Impersonation, Found Credentials, social media. It works really well for those. I highly recommend it, and also want to mention how good the customer service is. From our experience in our organization the most useful feature of Zerofox we really like was the takedown option of malicious links, accounts and etc. that were trying to impersonate the organizations services. They also provide the action timeline of takedown request on what they have made and on where the request is at.

They also provide news and articles from the Dark Web on what is currently going on in the internet.

It also makes the monitoring on social media platforms much more easier.

The only downside we saw for now was the delay of data ingestion on other breaches detected but we understand that it depends on their threat intelligence team on acquiring such data from the public sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

how restrictive some of the 3rd-party takedown request requirements are, many get rejected when to us it is clear and there is enough understanding that this is a legitimate need.

The threat feeds are a little slower than others available to us for free, and the fact that they are not curated to our needs for us. We are a small team, need help with the little things like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think I am still a little confused about the quality and reliability of Dark Web monitoring specifically but I may just not fully understand it. I also know it is a complicated problem without a simple solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
