They've allowed us to block and replace reported cards before they are used for fraud. Also, providing the card BINs during the initial setup was easy to accomplish. Not every user needs to receive an alert notification when a request to remove a listed card is still pending or in process. I like its visibility into just about every social media platform and being able to identify problems before they become real issues. The visibility lets us see across many social media platforms and do it all at once without us having an account on those sites. The platform is super easy to use. I like ZeroFox for its ease of usage and takedown assurance. Their UI and alert management configuration are very good, making it easy to navigate alerts, update, and follow up on cases. I find the feature of adding threats to a watchlist to be very helpful. The alert management allows me to easily look back at old alerts and filter down by attributes, which helps in tracking particular cases well.
