Zerofox is able to alert in a quick and effective way. Having a TAM is super useful to reduce false positives and they have done a great job with this. I use Zerofox everyday in my role. They did a great job setting up our environment and catering it to our use case. Our TAMs are quick to reply with adjustments and anything we need. Zerofox is also useful for setting up email alerting for higher priority items. **What do you dislike about ZeroFox?** The platform can be a bit confusing with setting up rules and policies. Having a TAM has helped combat that however, they also have great on demand training videos. It is completely clunky and completely disrupts the flow of getting things done. It takes me longer to put the start and end dates in to run a report than anything else. Too many clicks and waiting. We are able to then review these alerts and initiate a take down process with ZeroFox that is very easy to do. ZeroFox will take care of the takedown for you but also offers further investigative options that would be very useful, depending on the type of situation they may uncover. For any critical alerts where you need to review these immediately, you are notified in real time. In addition, we have several executives that are covered, so we are also able to monitor their online presence as it related to our company to lessen the chance of impersonation. The ZeroFox tool also provides alerts for any mention of your brand on the Internet, so you are able to monitor all facets of your company's online presence. The implementation and onboarding was very smooth and training was provided to be able to successfully use the tool. Customer Support is extremely responsive and we never have to wait long for a response. We use this tool on a daily basis to ensure that our online presence and executives are being appropriately monitored, including moniotoring on the Dark Web for any compromised credentials as a part of large data breaches. We are very happy with the tool and the support we recieve. **What do you dislike about ZeroFox?** I would like to see the ability to have more customized reports including charts and graphs, but I do know that this is on their roadmap. **What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We would have to rely to our own searches to be able to find the information that ZeroFox does. We simply do not have the resources or headcount to be able to do this on a continual basis. They also provide takedown services, which was very time consuming for our Legal Department before the tool was implemented. This tool has unconvered sites that were impersonting our site, so the benefits of this tool have been signficant as these sites have the potential of doing damage to our clients and our reputation. ### 35. Email notifications are not supper annoying and the ability to open and engage with opened tickets is also very easy and fast pace. **What do you dislike about ZeroFox?** Enitial setup can be a bit of work, since it requires your website designers to incorporate ZeroFox services and beacons. It is really interesting how I've seen users from the oranization I work for show up on that list, luckly this happens more for users that no longer are employees. There was a time that we set up a new website and the IT department had no idea. We were immediately notified and a ticket to takedown was initiated. It took a bit to realize that our marketing group had hire a web designer to build a new site. So, the problem kind of solved itself. But nonetheless, it was ZeroFox that discovered and initiated a takedown with GoDaddy. ### 39. From onboarding to ongoing support, they are with you at every step. As a solution it is very rich with information and on the face of it this may seem overwhelming. But through the implementaton, the team contiually model the system around your requirements to ultimately present something is highly useful and of incredible interest. The Intelligence Search feature alone is super useful in not only providing a daily summary of global threats but also providing a searchable index of breaches. It's basically like a google search engine for breach awareness. **What do you dislike about ZeroFox?** Nothing stands out. I guess one nice enhancement would be to make the breach handling recommendations a little richer and less generic. But they also offer a takedown service to handle a breach response on the Client's behalf. **What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visibility into the Dark Web, breach escalation based on our brand and configured keywords. It would be a huge challenge to identify credential leaks on the dark web without ZeroFox. There are of course a number of free tools, but ZeroFox provides incredible detail regarding the source and scope of the breach. Also the managed escalation provides some peace of mind, as and when we recieve an escalation we can easily review, assign and take action by whitelisting, carrying out an incident response or requesting a takedown through ZeroFox. ### 40.
