There is no method to consolidate all of the emails or usernames effected across multiple alerts where a script could be handy. This may be a feature already if we access these via the ZeroFox API that could then be ran in a script? **What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great at sending alerts related to credential leaks and domain protection. ### 2. Navigation of the platform is very intuitive. Implementation was straight forward and support is always very responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about ZeroFox?** Even with the triage service, there are still a good number alerts that are false positive when they make it to our team. **What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are utilizing ZeroFox to protect our brand through executive and domain monitoring. We came from a different brand protection platform, and ZeroFox shined right away in comparison to our previous tool. ### 3. The tool is super easy to navigate, tune and implement. Zerofox's account representatives are also great and help us with issues as they come. **What do you dislike about ZeroFox?** Sometimes we feel that too many false positives get to our alerts which makes daily triage tougher. **What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are getting great information on user data and password breaches, impersonating domains and social media and have the ability to easily issue takedowns. ### 6. It's super easy to use and they have a really good knowledge base. **What do you dislike about ZeroFox?** We have their triage services, which in theory does an initial investigation on the alerts and only escalate confirmed threats. However, the vast majority of the escalated tickets are false positives that could had been triaged. **What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zerofox monitors our brand and ensures that no one is trying to impersonate our company. In the past we had issues where people registered similar domains and tried to phish our users using the similar domain. ### 13. This tool brings everything necessary to our attention and helps remove the unwanted quickly to protect our brand. Not to mention, the customer service is AMAZING! **What do you dislike about ZeroFox?** The biggest issue was getting our marketing and information security teams to work together in order to optimize the tool; of course, it is less of an issue now that we have been in the tool for a few years. The sub-domain alerts can also be a little overwhelming, be sure to optimize this section with your rep. **Recommendations to others considering ZeroFox:** This tool should be a part of every company's Marketing and InfoSec strategy. ZeroFOX has been a fantastic asset to our organization. **What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our primary use for ZeroFOX is protecting our Brand from impersonations, phishing, and malicious activity. We also use the tool to protect our foward facing executives since they are at the highest risk for phishing. ### 14.
