Implementation was straightforward, and integration with our existing systems was seamless, enabling a smooth onboarding process. Customer support has been responsive and knowledgeable, providing quick resolution to any questions. The platform’s frequent use in our daily operations ensures we are constantly monitoring and protecting against external threats, which strengthens our security posture

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

Occasionally, the platform produces false positives that need to be manually reviewed, which can take up a significant amount of time. Furthermore, some of the advanced reporting features would benefit from greater customization options to better address our unique operational and compliance requirements.

**Reviewed by:** Samikari D. | SOC analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

What I appreciate most about ZeroFox is its proactive approach to digital threat intelligence. It identifies impersonations, phishing attempts, data leaks, and brand abuse in real time, which is crucial for maintaining our organization’s reputation and security posture. The automated takedown capabilities are a major benefit—they reduce manual workload and ensure faster response to threats. **What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

ZeroFox sets itself apart by delivering strong protection against digital risks, swiftly detecting and addressing threats across social media, email, and web platforms. The interface is easy to navigate, and the real-time threat intelligence gives organizations the ability to take proactive steps in safeguarding their digital assets.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

One issue with ZeroFox is that it occasionally produces a large number of alerts, some of which are false positives. This can make it difficult to focus on genuine threats. Furthermore, the platform's customization options for certain features could be more adaptable to better meet the unique requirements of different organizations.

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZeroFox helps address major challenges related to external digital threats by monitoring and protecting against risks across social media, email, the dark web, and other online platforms. It tackles issues like brand impersonation, phishing attacks, data leaks, and fraudulent activities, helping to safeguard the organization’s reputation and sensitive information. With its real-time threat intelligence and automated remediation capabilities, ZeroFox saves time, reduces manual work, and strengthens the overall security posture, allowing the team to focus on more critical priorities

  ### 34. Effortless Takedown Management, But Detection and Success Rates Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

ZeroFox handles most of the configuration and takedown actions on our behalf, but still gives us the ability to roll up our sleeves and tweak configurations as we want to.

The process of taking down fraudulent websites has been outsourced, where it was handled by our Legal department in the past with high effort and varying degrees of success.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

The success of taking down a fraudulent site or account is unreliable. This is often out of ZeroFox's hands and a limitation of the downstream provider, but the takedown success rate seems to be much lower than was let on during the sales process, which was disappointing.

We have found several fraudulent sites on our own and reported them manually to ZeroFox for takedown. I would have hoped that ZeroFox would have detected these, and have done more to engage us when we manually report things so that they can proactively improve their detection rules.

The takedown interface, log of activity, and communication is confusing.

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The process of taking down fraudulent websites has been outsourced, where it was handled by our Legal department in the past with high effort and varying degrees of success.

  ### 35. Absolutely Love This Software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanket B. | Security operations analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

ZeroFox provides an efficient and comprehensive platform to detect and manage impersonation threats across multiple channels. Its capabilities for tracking and initiating takedowns of fraudulent social media accounts, VIP impersonations, malicious domains, and even WhatsApp group scams have been extremely valuable for protecting our organization and stakeholders. The intuitive interface and timely alerts enable our team to respond quickly to emerging threats, significantly reducing risk exposure.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

While ZeroFox is highly effective, some takedown processes—especially involving certain social media platforms or domain registrars—can take longer than expected due to third-party response times. Additionally, the platform could benefit from more granular reporting and analytics features to help quantify the impact and outcomes of takedown actions over time.

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZeroFox helps our SecOps team proactively identify and remediate a wide range of digital impersonation threats. This includes fake social media accounts targeting our brand or VIPs, fraudulent WhatsApp groups, and malicious domains designed to deceive stakeholders. By automating detection and streamlining takedown requests, ZeroFox significantly reduces the time and manual effort required to address these incidents. The benefits include stronger protection of our brand reputation, reduced risk of phishing and social engineering attacks, and increased trust from internal stakeholders and the public.

  ### 36. Good Overall Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

The end-to-end external threat intelligence that is attached to automatic and proactive brand protection. The ability to click a button to request a takedown of impersonating domains or other media sources. The ability to be alerted if our domains or accounts are found in dark web dumps. The API integrations with our SOAR and other platforms makes automating responses easy.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

The UI could be better. Specifically the search alert feature can be slow at times and not find results you might be looking for.

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem ZeroFox solves for us is dark web monitoring and brand protection.

  ### 37. The best brand protection tool out there

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

Zerofox is really able to tell you what is out there on the internet for your organization, and who is misusing your organization's resources

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

Some times the disruptions sent out in the platform turn out to be vendor unrespomnsive which is really frustrating

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT tells us how we are doing in the darknet, where we are exposed and who is impersonating our organization

  ### 38. Performs as Advertised with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

Performs as advertised. Very good support.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

Nothing comes to mind.........................

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DarkWeb and other online information applicable to our company.

  ### 39. Comprehensive Yet User-Friendly Security Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lino C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

I like that ZeroFox is easy to use and friendly to access. The information it provides is very complete. The brief intelligence feature is nice to have as it keeps me updated on cyber news and cyber crimes.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

Sometimes the information is repeated on some alerts, generating some noise. The preview information can be small at times, and the web page doesn't have a dark mode, which is harsh on the eyes.

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ZeroFox to find vulnerabilities and breaches, addressing user information leaks and brand protection, helping me focus on specific users and assets without being blindsided.

  ### 40. My experience of ZeroFox has been a positive one, both of the platform and their customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben M. | Integrity Intelligence Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate and, if there are any issues, then the customer service and/or technical support staff are more than accommodating in seeking solutions to questions and business needs.

The sheer variety of features available to the user and the ease with which new assets, policies and other search types can be implemented and integrated into a business's workflow makes it an excellent solution for social media listening and brand protection purposes, to name just a couple.

Our use case of the platform is relatively niche compared to the way other companies likely use it, but this was no impediment to us getting as much as we can out of the system and the customer success/tech support team were always on hand to assist us in getting it right for our needs.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

The only potential drawback I can think of in relation to ZeroFox is that there will always be new and emerging social media and other online platforms coming on the market which ZeroFox may take a little time to catch up with and incorporate into its monitoring offering.

This is not the biggest criticism as it is relatively unavoidable but ZeroFox are usually pretty quick to add new platforms and sites to their repertoire.

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZeroFox is assisting us across all of our various internal and external threat areas, which in turn enhances our integrity offering to both our clients and wider company colleagues.

As well as implementing a global brand protection strategy earlier this year using the platform, our team has traditionally used ZeroFox as its first line of defence in threat intelligence and malicious communications management for a variety of high-profile integrity monitoring projects for some of the biggest governing bodies across the sporting ecosystem.

Stats Perform hopes to continue to expand its use case going forward, incorporating additional elements and features of ZeroFox that it may not have used to date.

  ### 41. ZeroFox Delivers Valuable Domain Insights and Strong Credential Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Helian David G. | SOC coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

What I like most about ZeroFox is the information it provides from certain domains or social networks. Another key feature is its user credential management system.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

Perhaps it takes too long to validate sponsored domains, which are critical.

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems ZeroFox solves involve direct communication with domain infrastructure to achieve takedown.

  ### 42. Effective Monitoring and Scaling, but Requires Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José C. | Senior Security Engineer. Incident Response.

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

I like the alert escalation mechanism of ZeroFox, as it allows us to focus our attention on the most urgent alerts. Additionally, the improvement tasks I have carried out have been straightforward.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

Sometimes, for the review of non-escalated alerts, if there are many, the interface suffers. I would also appreciate it if APT reports were made more regularly, as the current reports are not so recent.

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ZeroFox for asset monitoring, obtaining threat intelligence, receiving threat alerts, performing takedowns of malicious domains, and alerts for credential leaks.

  ### 43. Outstanding Experience with ZeroFox – Supportive, Flexible, and User-Focused

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

What impresses us most about ZeroFox is the combination of a highly professional and genuinely friendly team with a product that keeps getting better and better. Our account manager is extremely supportive and always a pleasure to work with. The onboarding process was smooth and exceptionally well-organized.

The platform itself is very intuitive, especially when reviewing findings and reports. We really appreciate how helpful and clear the reports are. It’s obvious that the ZeroFox team constantly works on improving the platform, adding new features, and actually listens to user feedback.

Takedowns are straightforward and efficient, and the threat intelligence we receive is top-notch. The technical team is smart, fast, and always finds the right solution for us. All staff are willing to help, meetings are enjoyable, and it’s clear that ZeroFox puts customers first.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

Honestly, there’s nothing major we dislike! The only minor point is that some configuration steps seem complex – but thankfully, the ZeroFox team handles this for us in a very effective way. Overall, it’s a seamless and positive experience.

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZeroFox is helping us identify and protect against threats to our organization that originate outside our network, such as phishing sites, brand impersonation, leaked credentials, and other external risks. With ZeroFox’s EASM and threat intelligence capabilities, we get clear insights into our attack surface and early warnings about potential threats.

This keeps our organization safer and allows us to react quickly to security issues. The easy-to-understand findings and helpful reports make it simple for us to take action. Additionally, the automated takedown process removes malicious content fast, which reduces risk for our business. Overall, ZeroFox brings us peace of mind by helping us stay ahead of threats and protecting our brand.

  ### 44. Great Daily News and Data Takedowns, but UI and Email Settings Need Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

Well-written daily news articles, along with efficient takedowns of company and customer data.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

Sometimes the UI is hard to navigate, difficulty adjusting email notifications settings, etc

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in GRC, so intel is king. Daily updates on how we should be positioning ourselves from an asset protection and DR standpoint is always helpful

  ### 45. Accessible and Effective in Domain Protection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodrigo S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

I like the accessibility of the ZeroFox platform, as it is very intuitive and that makes monitoring easier. Additionally, the initial setup of ZeroFox was easy.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

The way alerts are displayed, sometimes we need more than 100 showing. Also, when you try to review previous alerts, it stays at 100 or takes you back to the beginning.

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ZeroFox for domain protection and it helps me resolve identity spoofing issues. The platform is very accessible and intuitive, which makes monitoring easier.

  ### 46. Helpful Support from a Team That Understands Real-World Threats

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

Helpful customer support and a team that understands real-world threat scenarios.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

Some of the detections can be noisy until it’s tuned properly, so we still spend time triaging and refining rules/keywords. Once it’s dialed in it’s much better, but the initial signal-to-noise ratio could be improved

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving the problem of phishing and impersonation at scale by surfacing lookalike domains, spoofed accounts, and malicious content early. The benefit is fewer successful scams, faster takedowns, and less time spent manually hunting and triaging

  ### 47. Proactive Threat Detection with Actionable Intelligence

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

Zero fox has been so helpful in helping get fake accounts removed

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

There are a limited number of accounts they can take down per plan

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are able to identify and get fake accounts removed in a timely manner

  ### 49. Customizable Brand Management to Protect Customers Against Scam Websites/Profiles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ZeroFox?**

It generates a significant volume of alerts based on our search criteria. The search criteria can also be customized for our protected entities.

**What do you dislike about ZeroFox?**

The takedown process is not always 100% accurate. The ZeroFox analysts will submit takedowns for the wrong reasons which confuses platforms hosting the content, makes the process take longer, and requires additional manual work to fix the requests.

**What problems is ZeroFox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving brand image by reducing the volume of impersonating and scam websites associated with our brands.

  ### 50. Great for Tracking Topic Mentions and Assisting with Social Post Takedowns
