**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Zerocater?**

ZeroCater gives my Catering business more corp catering orders annually.

**What do you dislike about Zerocater?**

ZeroCater has not been active since the beginning of COVID and taking quite some time to get back and running.

**What problems is Zerocater solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives me access to catering clients that I would not be able to get without the program.

  ### 2. Great food that any business would love to order from

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Zerocater?**

I like the fact the food is always great. Healthy choices and mean setup. All the employees love the freshness and quality of the food. It’s also always on time. This we greatly appreciate do to the how many people we have to feed for lunch. We have tried other but always stayed with ZeroCater.

**What do you dislike about Zerocater?**

I only dislike is I wish they had more vegan options. Giving this time we have so many different diets and wish they could entertain catering to some of those special diets. It's much needed today.

**Recommendations to others considering Zerocater:**

Its great for feeds you stuff and easy to use and setup. If you’re looking for an easy solution for lunch then ZeroCater is the one to choose.

**What problems is Zerocater solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem that it solves is easy ordering to feed 200 people in a work week for lunch. One benefit is I get no complaints about the food quality. That's an A+ for use because we have a ton a picky eaters.

  ### 3. Solid options for a big group

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milan E. | Mr., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Zerocater?**

Zero Cater generally provides plenty of food for a moderately sized team (think 100-250) and some of their food options are very good.

**What do you dislike about Zerocater?**

Although they rotate the options randomly, it doesn't take more than a couple of months for me to get tired of seeing the same food options I didn't want over again. This could also be due to the front desk manager setting up the menu for the group, but between that and the lack of gluten-free and organic options (they. have some gluten-free, but not much), I often ended up bringing my own lunch or eating somewhere else.

**Recommendations to others considering Zerocater:**

Make sure that you figure out which meals are most commonly preferred by the group and try and keep those in a more frequent rotation.

**What problems is Zerocater solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zero Cater does serve big groups well. So, free team breakfasts and lunches have been a nice perk at work.

  ### 4. When it's good, it's really good, but when it's bad, it's bad

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Zerocater?**

Honestly, I liked ZeroCater when we were in the office. When the food was delicious, it was really good. Like can't stop eating good. I also liked how it was catering style which meant the whole office would congregate in line and we would socialize. It's a part of our culture and cross-department socialization is important, especially as the company doubled in size.

**What do you dislike about Zerocater?**

Goshhh....some of the food was really bad. Like once or twice out of every two weeks, the whole office would groan at some of the vendors because we definitely weren't looking forward it. Those were days where people would go out of their way and spend money on take-out or go out for lunch. I will be honest, by the end, we were trialing other food catering companies to see what they had. Also, a lot of the restaurants were late so our start times for lunch ranged from 10:30am to 12:30pm. The uncertainty wasn't appreciated.

**Recommendations to others considering Zerocater:**

Be sure to trial and see if you consistently like their food, the restaurants that are chosen, and their arrival times.

**What problems is Zerocater solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using ZeroCater to feed the team and create a company culture of talking to each other while we are in line, and talking to other departments/ using food as a team and company culture builder. We grab our food and sit together, talk, laugh, etc. Being provided food really is one of my favorite things about my company. It shows me they care about our well-being!

  ### 5. Tasty, healthy food catered to the office

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Zerocater?**

The food options on ZeroCater were phenomenal. Healthy but still tasty and although the rotating menu of restaurants was a bit limited, I didn't really care because the food was so good. I also liked the fact that it was a self-serve catering, so that the caterers came to the office, dropped off the food, chatted with the office manager, and then let us be adults and serve ourselves. Unfortunately, my office is no longer utilizing ZeroCater because of cost, but I think fondly on MAGO's tacos and guac and anytime we had pho in the office. Nom nom.

**What do you dislike about Zerocater?**

ZeroCater (at the time) didn't have an online menu that I could peruse the week of, before getting in line to get my food. Very small world problems, but there ya go. ZeroCater also brought in a "thumbs up"/"thumbs down" review booth button clicker thingy late in the game, which was simultaneously incredibly ineffective and a hysterical attempt on their part to gather feedback about whether we liked or disliked the food that day.

**What problems is Zerocater solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Office catering for lunch. I was definitely not involved in the organizing of ZeroCater's menus or coordinating with ZeroCater officials, though.
