Hard bounces get you in trouble with email distribution partners, which can be sensitive. 10% or more often results in account suspension, then negotiations to restore services. Just run your lists through ZeroBounce and eliminate all the bad addresses, or at least enough to fly below the 10% threshold. Much easier to do this than negotiate to restore services week to week. Hands down the best thing is that credits NEVER expire. We did a massive validation of over 600,000 emails three years ago. If I recall, 1 million credits was less expensive than 500,000 plus 100,000. Marketing has 3 new batches of 25,000 each and when I logged in (3 years later) our credits are still there and valid!
