I can't say this is a dislike, but I was a bit confused when I first tried uploading the CSV file. I was getting a blank popup window that never populated anything. When I eventually closed it, another small popup came up and disappeared before I could see what it said. It turned out I needed to edit the CSV file. I removed all other columns other than the email column (although this may not have been necessary, just can't have more than 1 email column). Once I realized this was causing the issue and edited the file, it uploaded fine. So maybe I would recommend a clear error message in that original popup, advising an issue with the upload and recommending to ensure the file contains only 1 email column. Most verifiers just mark "catch-all" emails (emails that accept all mail) as "Risky" or "Unknown," forcing you to either delete them (losing leads) or email them (risking bounces). ZeroBounce rates these specific emails on a 0–10 quality scale. This lets you confidently keep the high-scoring leads that other tools would have told you to throw away.
