I need to verify this information but I believe when we find our ideal customers in different states yet of the same company, the credits will get charged even for people that we already screened for. In our case we are looking for contractors nationwide. When we find John Doe from ABC Construction, and under different searches find him again, when we clean the data, I believe we get charged to run the same information for verification. For us, its a numbers game.. with hundreds of thousands of contractors we do not have time to remove existing contacts in the database (something we should do) before requesting another cleaning on a new list. I have just a few small gripes with ZeroBounce:

- I don't like that when using it on Google Sheets, it ignores filled values on the "Status" column when you want to validate a list that was previously partially validated.

We encourage visitors to labfl.org to request information via our “Contact Us” form at labfl.org. Some of those visitors enter bogus email addresses. ZeroBounce has helped me identify the bogus email addresses as well as out of date (no longer active) DNS or email boxes.

I also like that I can see if the recipient has classified us as spam or if the recipient is no longer at the email they provided us.
