ZERO CLM is a contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal compliance suite built for companies in Mexico and Latin America. It brings every stage of the contract into one platform: request, drafting, counterparty due diligence, negotiation, approval, electronic signature, storage, deadline tracking and post-signature follow-up with AI. Legal, procurement, sales, Human Resources and finance teams use ZERO CLM when contracts are scattered across email and shared drives, when renewal dates live in spreadsheets, or when signing a high volume of agreements slows the business down. Core modules of the ZERO Software Legal Suite: ZERO CLM: contract management software with guided request forms, templates approved by Legal, approval rules, version control, traceable comments and changes, a centralized contract repository with smart search, and alerts for expirations and renewals. ZIGN: electronic signature with evidence and traceability. Supports simple and advanced electronic signatures (e.firma / FIEL), biometric identity validation with facial recognition, liveness detection and ID match, time stamps, SHA-256 document hash, and NOM-151 conservation certificates issued through a PSC accredited by Mexico's Ministry of Economy. Z-KYC and Z-KYB: identity and business verification for customers, suppliers and counterparties before a contract is signed. Z-BG: background checks for counterparties in Mexico. Contract AI: AI-assisted drafting, review and post-signature analysis to turn contracts into actionable data. Integrations and security: ZERO CLM offers a documented REST API and connectors for leading ERP, CRM and document platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft and Google, with end-to-end encryption and a complete audit trail for every document. Built for compliance: ZERO CLM is aligned with Mexican regulation such as NOM-151 for digital evidence and references international frameworks like eIDAS (EU) and ESIGN (US) for cross-border agreements. Industries served include financial services, real estate, retail and small and midsize businesses, as well as enterprise organizations with complex contract portfolios.
