ZeraSync is a WhatsApp team inbox for businesses in Brazil. The whole team answers the company's WhatsApp number on one screen, and every conversation has an owner. - Automatic distribution: new conversations are split among the team, skipping anyone who is paused, away or off shift. - Manager view: see who is waiting and redistribute conversations with one click, without opening anyone's phone. - When someone leaves the company, the manager decides where their conversations go, so the customers stay with the business. - Tags, internal notes, quick replies, a service and sales pipeline, reports and automations, plus broadcasts through the WhatsApp API. Pricing is per user, with the service features in every plan; plans differ in numbers, menu bot and support time. WhatsApp message fees are charged by Meta directly at its own rates, with no markup from Zera and no prepaid credits that expire. 7-day free trial, no credit card required. Built for teams of 3 to 30 people that serve or sell through the same number: law firms, accounting firms, hotels, retail and B2B services. Custom AI agents connected to the same screen are available through Zera's Neural Core service.
