What I find most helpful about ZEPIC is its seamless WhatsApp Coexistence feature, along with its smart segmentation and list management. It lets us reach a large target audience effortlessly without disrupting our existing setup. Features like smart retries also make a real difference by improving our message delivery success rates. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. On top of that, the customer support team is exceptional—always responsive, helpful, and ready to assist whenever we need guidance. Previously, we primarily used WhatsApp Broadcasts to send promotional messages, but there was no efficient way to identify and engage interested prospects automatically. With ZEPIC, our WhatsApp broadcasts become two-way conversations instead of one-way campaigns. When a prospect responds to a campaign or shows interest, ZEPIC can automatically add them to a dedicated list, trigger personalized follow-up conversations, qualify the lead through automated workflows, and hand over only sales-ready leads to our sales team. This has significantly reduced manual effort and improved our lead response time. Another major advantage is website tracking and behavioral segmentation. ZEPIC identifies prospects who click on our WhatsApp campaign and visit our website, tracks their engagement, and automatically segments them as highly engaged prospects. Based on their browsing behaviour, we can trigger personalized follow-ups instead of sending generic broadcasts to everyone. ZEPIC also provides a unified customer view by combining WhatsApp interactions with website activity and other customer data. This enables us to build highly targeted audiences, personalize communication, and nurture prospects based on their interests rather than relying on mass messaging. I've been utilizing Zepic with Shopify to sync and segment a large customer database, identify anonymous visitors, and take advantage of custom objects. The combination of Zepic and Zenie's features really distinguishes this product in the market. I've successfully integrated Zepic into two of my e-commerce brands, and the experience has been outstanding. It has significantly improved our brand performance and customer support.
