What do you like best about Zentail?

Hosting data in 1 spot and pushing to all channels, the flexibility to accommodate and customize to any business process you may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zentail?

Accounting methods can be a little clunky. There is no selecting Average, FIFO, LIFO, etc. methods. Currently we have to extract data (by manually asking for this particular data, and find average cost (custom date ranges) ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really simple marketplace management"

What do you like best about Zentail?

The interface for Zentail makes it really easy to access all of my product data. I can see if I am winning the buy box, modify pricing and product data, send products to different marketplaces all from one page. The launch team was great. Amar was very helpful in making the transition onto the platform as easy as possible. The support team responds quickly to my pleas for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zentail?

With any marketplace dealing with listing errors is a pain. Zentail makes it easier by giving you more information to resolve the errors. This process can still be time consuming and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zentail:

Growing e commerce can be a daunting task. Zentail makes it very simple to roll out products on multiple marketplaces. The platform is clean and up to date. It creates efficiencies that more than pay for the investment into the software and service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zentail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zentail enables us to manage nearly 10,000 SKU's with a 2 person team. It has streamlined our analytics. We are able to see profit and loss on a daily, or even order by order basis. We can make better business decisions with this platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
