**What do you like best about ZenSar Managed Workplace Services?**

1) IT support is very comprehensive
2) We received 24/7 support from Zensar for managed services atvery compative rates.
3) Proactive Monitoring and maintenance
3) cost efficiency

**What do you dislike about ZenSar Managed Workplace Services?**

1) Sometime there is deoendancy on external provider which should be avoided/
2) Transition period is quiet high
3) Data security and Privacy measures should be more tightned.

**What problems is ZenSar Managed Workplace Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has halped us to redice it setup complexity. We being a SMB it was quiet a bit of overhead for managing IT environment with diverse hardware, software, licenses and networking. Zensar manages services has significanty simplifued it for us and was even cost effective.
