"Seamless integration into Microsoft 365 with excellent support"
5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

- Runs directly in Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft 365 tenant.

- Users log in with their regular Microsoft account (Single Sign-On).

- No separate login, no additional platform, lower barrier for employees.

Utilization of existing Microsoft infrastructure

- Roles, groups, and user management come directly from Entra ID (Azure AD).

- Modern, web-based interface, usable on mobile.

What is most important to me is the excellent service and support; every question is answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

Adaptation to our CI is, in my opinion, a bit too rigid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Started With Learn 365, Expanded to Perform & Engage 365 and Have Not Regretted at All"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

This review is for Zensai's new Perform & Engage 365 tool(s) as we have already had their LMS (Learn 365) tool for some time and just recently added their performance management and engagement/pulse platform to our company applications.

One of the best things about Zensai's Perform & Engage 365 is that it is also built into the Teams App Environment just like the original Learn 365 Platform. They are currently separate apps but we have been told they will be combined into a single app at the end of 2025. Our users love it and our managers love it because they don't have to juggle multiple web links to different sites and can just access it all within Teams.

Another great thing is that it is very customizable and can be as macro or as micro as you need it to be. For instance, we operate with several business entities within our organization and each group needs their own operating standards. This platform was able to easily accomplish this feat unlike many other platforms that we tested that locked the entire organization into a single operating standard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

The only major thing about the recent addition of Perform & Engage 365 to the Zensai portfolio is that it is a relatively new platform for their company. There are still bugs and new tools being fixed and added because of this. Everything operates as is expected but now and then there may be a bug that needs to be troubleshooted. Thankfully these get resolved rather quickly with an average turnaround of about 1-2 weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Customization and Integration, but Reporting Needs Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

I like the ability to create custom courses and use external scorm packages. I also like that there is a free subscription option that allows for plenty of learners. For the most part, the program is user friendly on the admin and learner side. It easily integrates within Teams and SharePoint. And is an excellent system for daily learning. The customer support has been sufficient as well. The platform was very easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

The reporting tends to be really inconsistent. It doesn't function well for schools with year round training and new students starting each week and on their own schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Supportive Partner in Learning & Development"
5/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

Using LMS365 (now Zensai) has been an absolute pleasure from day one. The onboarding and set-up process was smooth, quick, and well-supported. The team guided us through each milestone and made sure everything was up and running without a hitch.

There’s an abundance of training available, which makes it easy for Admins to confidently navigate the platform. I really value that Zensai is forward-thinking — with regular enhancements and new features always on the horizon. They’re incredibly responsive, answering questions promptly and offering genuine support every step of the way.

One of the standout aspects is how they actually listen to feedback. Suggestions don’t just disappear — they’re taken on board and often built into future updates. Communication is another strength: from release notes to webinars, they make sure users are well-informed.

The people behind Zensai are what make the experience so positive. It’s a small but mighty team delivering impressive outcomes. I’ve had the chance to meet some of the key players, including their brilliant technical team, and their collaborative meet-up in Brisbane was a highlight. If you ever get the chance to attend one of these sessions, I’d highly recommend it — you’ll walk away with so much value.

Most importantly, the team always follows through on their promises. I’m so glad we chose Zensai for our LMS. It’s a platform that grows with you, backed by a team that truly cares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

I honestly don’t have many dislikes when it comes to Zensai. The only thing on my wish list would be the dashboard: although the filters are great, the ability to set up multiple personalised views would make navigation even more seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Well-Integrated, but Needs More Customization"
4/5
What do you like best about Zensai?

One aspect I truly value about Zensai is its user-friendly design. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I was able to get started without needing extensive training. It’s simple enough that even those who aren’t particularly tech-savvy can use it with ease.

The integration with Microsoft 365 is another significant advantage. Having everything accessible directly through SharePoint streamlines our daily workflow. It feels like a seamless addition to the tools we already rely on, which has made it easier for the whole team to adopt.

I also appreciate how frequently the platform is updated. The team behind Zensai appears to genuinely listen to user feedback and consistently rolls out improvements, which gives me confidence that the product is moving in the right direction.

Finally, the engagement features—such as weekly check-ins and goal tracking—are highly effective. They help keep everyone on the same page and foster open communication, which is excellent for both team morale and overall performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zensai?

That being said, there are several areas where Zensai could use some improvement. To begin with, the customization options feel somewhat restricted. When I’m creating courses or trying to adapt content for specific needs, I often find myself limited by the available templates and settings. Although the platform does offer content creation capabilities, the tools for building learning materials could be stronger. If your goal is to develop highly interactive or visually engaging content, you may find the current options somewhat limiting.

There are also certain features I wish were present, such as overdue notifications or more advanced reporting tools. These additions would help me keep track of tasks more efficiently and provide deeper insights into how users are interacting with the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
