The customer service provided by the ZenQMS team (before, during and after implementation) is A+. They take very seriously customer suggestions and are constantly implementing system improvements. System performance so far has been reliable. The system will work as good as you design the flows meaning that you have a system working for you instead of you working for the system. The audit module requires some work to make it useful for the pharma industry. Also the training module should allow more flexibility for grating completion of SOP training recorded in manual forms. Cost avoidance (time and resources) related to paper-based QMS and integrity/quality of the electronic documentation. The waste generated with manual transactions and paper documentation has been reduced considerably. The search features are easy and convenient. The training module is comprehensive and fits a variety of our needs. I would prefer a folder-type organization system rather than an Excel file/ list-type organization. I can make this work for our organization, but a Box.com style would work better for us. It would also be beneficial to add external documents to an employee's Training Dossier. The OJT events just don't quite cut it concerning maintaining a compliant, online training file for all staff. Many of our company's compliance issues are solved with Zen, enabling us to create more comprehensive training programs for staff.
