Zenoti consistently failed to deliver on its promises. We experienced ongoing technical issues, inaccurate sales and tax reports, unresolved payment discrepancies, withheld client data, and slow, unreliable support. Features we paid for were unavailable for over a year, and every issue required weeks of follow-up with no resolution. As someone who's worked in Marketing for sometime, across many different booking platforms, I can attest to Zenoti's outstanding capabilities as a business and booking management software that streamlines everything... and also includes advanced marketing capabilities. We especially love the advanced marketing campaigns and target segmenting, and the advancements into AI has helped business and marketing operations immensely. Implementation team were experts in the industry and also made the transition alot easier then expected. We were using Insight for over 20 years and the knowledge the Project Manager had of the industry helped us setup Zenoti for our business to grow. If it wasn't for Jesse and Namita, I know we would have taken longer and alot of changes would be made after going live.

Zenoti is an all-encompassing EMR system that can handle every aspect of our medical clinic. The implementation team, led by Ijaz, was very accommodating and ensured every step of the process. Zenoti is very comprehensive, custom-built per clinic needs, very intuitive and easy to use. We use it daily in our office. The customer support has been quick and resolved any questions we have had.
