Zenith is a browser-based CMMS and CAFM platform from Zenith Software Corp, a Canadian company based in Victoria, British Columbia. It combines maintenance management and facility management in one system, so work orders, assets and space live in the same record instead of in separate tools. Zenith was previously released as Evolve FM and was renamed in September 2026. It is the same software and the same team. Zenith manages the full life of a job: reported, triaged, planned, approved, scheduled, worked, verified and closed. It tracks assets and their service history across multiple sites, schedules preventive maintenance, plans space use, and reports downtime, repair time and crew hours as separate numbers. Key capabilities - Work order management with a complete audit trail - Preventive and scheduled maintenance - Asset registry and full service history - Space management, move management and drawing composer - Inventory and parts control - Offline mode, so technicians can complete a job with no connectivity and sync afterwards - Mobile app for field technicians - Integration hub, including IoT sensor data that can raise work orders automatically - Real-time dashboards and KPI reporting - Bilingual English and French, multi-site, built to WCAG 2.2 AA Who it is for Facility managers, maintenance teams and operations groups in manufacturing, healthcare, property management, retail, utilities, mining and the public sector. Zenith pays particular attention to the record-keeping and compliance obligations that differ from one Canadian province to the next.
