When it is connected to Github the page becomes laggy and sometimes the UI shifts with a glitchy misplacement of items on the right side panel. However, the Zenhub page works well. One of the features that I found extremely useful is the built-in kanban board. It makes it easy for me to visualize the progress of my project and quickly identify any bottlenecks or roadblocks. The robust set of collaboration tools like the ability to assign issues to team members, add comments and labels, and track progress in real-time, made it very easy for me to communicate and work with my team effectively. What problems is Zenhub solving and how is that benefiting you? I have been using Zenhub for managing my software development projects and I couldn't be happier with the results. It is a browser extension that seamlessly integrates with GitHub, providing a wealth of features that make it easy to manage my projects and collaborate with my team. I also found the reporting and analytics tools to be very helpful. I can easily track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. The ability to customize my workflow and create custom pipelines made it easy for me to adapt Zenhub to the unique needs of my team and project. The user-friendly interface is another feature that I liked. It is easy to navigate, even for those who are new to project management tools. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Zenhub to any developer or development team looking to streamline their workflow and improve collaboration. It has greatly improved my productivity and communication with my team. I like the design of the ticketing channel for bug tickets to move through to completiong. I also enjoy the fact that the Hubspot pipeline looks very similar to that in Zenhub. it has helped our team streamline the process for resolving bug/development tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Zenhub? I do NOT like the way that ZH has it's notifications. The only way for me to receive an update on the completion or comment on a ticket, is by turning on my email notifications. This can become very overwhelming, which I'm not sure is the best way. Recommendations to others considering Zenhub: Definitely utilze Zapier if you are using both Hubspot & Zenhub, it makes the process a lot easier. I recommend that you go through any trainings or tutorials before jumping right in, so that you can utilize all of the functionalities with the most effectiveness. Zenhub is solving the problem of allowing our teams a place to organize tickets that need resolution. ZenHub is simple to use, overlays directly on top of GitHub (which you need anyway for source control), and has the basic features you need to manage and track work over sprints. I most enjoy the ease of use, but it has also turned into my entry portal when searching for information in GitHub: I'll occasionally go into the PRs or Issues tabs, but to get a bird's eye view that presents information that's most likely to be relevant to you, it's the best place to look. If you've been facing the issue that you're spending too much time organizing things and planning out in your agile process instead of using your time to develop, the lightweight solution is good. But, if you want advanced tooling and a deeper integration for tracking your work, it might not be a great solution. Beyond that, there are some minor bugs where cards will occasionally jump to the wrong milestone or be impossible to move where you want them. It's often due to something that indicates a problem in how you're thinking about the process, but it can be frustrating to fight against it at times. These bugs are minor and something I face about once a month with monthly use. Finally, it can be difficult to jam all the information into the ZenHub board all at once. I work across many, many repos as a Full Stack engineer, and while it's clear how to filter down results by repo, sprint name, or user in the UI, it can still be cluttered or clunky to filter out with different dimensions over and over.
