The system is straightforward to use; it takes little to no amount of training for employees to start using the system. I especially like that the system makes it easy for us supervisors to track leaves & vacations balances. Their support team is also very responsive to our requests. Helping new hires get familiar with the company, introducing them to all team members, storing essential data and documents, and sending and tracking the status of tasks.
