Applying for time off requests, the Expenses reimbursement feature is amazing and any request to be made to the management is just steps away. The geo check-in is absolutely incredible! That gives us a proper track of time spent on a particular project Since we have multiple projects going on all the time. Not a downsize but a tweak that can be enhanced, The Geo Check-in is not available upon the day's end i.e, 12 AM you need to check in again as the date changes. It is one of the best HR friendly, easy to customize with great customer support HR tools available in the industry. It helps in attendance tracking, payroll calculations along with roster planning. Also, security features can be breached easily which makes it vulnerable to external attacks. We need a specialist to manage the software which includes additional cost. I like that I can view the organization chart, manage leaves, overtime, payroll, performance review, and almost everything we need in an organization without paying for a heavy enterprise HR system. I dislike not having the feature to create custom reports using any field we want, and I don't particularly appreciate that the app doesn't show who's off today.
