Additionally, the interface automatically opens new tabs on most clicks, quickly cluttering your browser. **What problems is ZenGRC solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tool encourages and enables users to think about risk management across an enterprise ### 3. Ability to set custom attributes as an admin for my needs. Logs changes and replaces the need for manual recordkeeping. **What do you dislike about ZenGRC?** Customization of end-user experience is minimal. Some settings are instance-wide and can't be set to a specific object. For example, unable to customize when I send out notifications to end-users and the ability to customize or modify the end-user experience. E.g., on the requests screen, the end-user only sees specific fields, and I can't add further context through additional fields/ attributes. **What problems is ZenGRC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saving manual interactions with the business through the use of the tool. Now maintaining an audit log of changes. ### 4.
