**What do you like best about ZenFire?**

This company has great costumer and quick response. The price of the software is great.
If you have an issue they resolve it quickly. I like the process of making a ticket. 
It was easy to complete the onboarding process. 
I use it daily in my business.

**What do you dislike about ZenFire?**

For the introductory price you get the basics for the app. I don't have much to compare to as this is the first software I used for my business. I wish there was more use of the app for supervisor on the mobile side as I am usually on the field and can't use the office end of the software on the CPU.

**What problems is ZenFire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving the need to use paper to pen for my company.
