## About Xurrent IMR
Xurrent IMR (Incident Management and Response) is an end-to-end platform designed to help infrastructure and support teams manage the full incident response lifecycle — from the first alert to the final post-mortem. Built for speed, clarity, and operational accountability, it gives on-call teams the structure they need to respond decisively when systems fail. At its core, Xurrent IMR brings together alert correlation, on-call scheduling, task delegation, and SLA compliance into a single, unified workflow. Rather than stitching together multiple point solutions, teams get a coherent system that handles every stage of incident response without context-switching. Key capabilities include: Intelligent alert routing and correlation: Custom routing rules and alert context surface the right information at the right time, helping teams accelerate root cause analysis and reduce noise. On-call management with escalation policies: Fully customizable schedules and escalation chains ensure incidents are acknowledged and resolved within SLA thresholds, with no gaps in coverage. Incident roles, task templates, and playbooks: Structured delegation frameworks reduce chaos during high-severity events, ensuring every team member knows their responsibilities before an incident strikes. Response automation: Automated workflows enable self-healing system behaviors, reducing mean time to resolution and minimizing manual intervention for recurring failure patterns. Advanced analytics and reporting: Team, service, and user-level reporting gives engineering and operations leaders the visibility to measure performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve. Xurrent IMR integrates with 150+ monitoring, observability, and ticketing tools — including Datadog, Prometheus, PagerDuty, Splunk, Jira, ServiceNow, Grafana, New Relic, and AWS CloudWatch — making it compatible with the stacks modern infrastructure teams already rely on. Whether managing a distributed engineering organization or a lean operations team, Xurrent IMR provides the coordination layer that turns reactive firefighting into a repeatable, measurable discipline.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

We use Zenduty daily, and it has become an essential tool for our team's incident management and collaboration. Setting up Zenduty was a breeze, with minimal downtime and hassle. The platform's user-friendly interface and clear documentation made it easy to get started quickly. I appreciate the intuitive User Interface (UI) of Zenduty, which makes it easy to navigate and use. The platform's simplicity allows for seamless integration and efficient management of our operations.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

While Zenduty excels in many areas, there are a few features that could be improved. Specifically:
1. A simplified UI version for basic P0 use cases would be beneficial for smaller teams or users with limited requirements.
2. The ability to permanently acknowledge or temporarily acknowledge alerts for a specified duration (e.g., 1 hour, 24 hours) on a per-alert basis would enhance flexibility and customization.
3. While the documentation is good, there were instances where we needed more prompt support. Expanding customer support channels or providing more comprehensive resources would be beneficial.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty has been a game-changer for our team, tackling headaches like chaotic incident management, information overload, and manual processes that were sucking up too much time. By simplifying incident management, keeping communication tidy, automating tedious tasks, and providing a clear view of what's happening, Zenduty helps us respond faster, work together seamlessly, and make smarter decisions. This means we can focus on the big stuff, get more done, and drive real results.

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> Thank you for your feedback on Zenduty. We're pleased to hear that you find our platform user-friendly and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

For me I dislike below points which are downsides about zenduty:

Complexity and Learning Curve:

Steep Learning Curve: Some users find Zenduty’s interface and functionality to be complex, requiring significant time to learn and navigate effectively. This can be a barrier for new users or teams looking to implement the tool quickly.
Onboarding: The initial setup and onboarding process can be cumbersome, especially for teams that are not already familiar with incident management tools.
User Interface Issues:

User Interface (UI) Design: While functional, the UI is sometimes criticized for being cluttered or not intuitive enough, making it challenging to find and use certain features efficiently.
Customization Limitations: There are reports that the level of customization available in the UI is limited, which can be a drawback for users who need a highly tailored incident management setup.
Notification Management:

Notification Overload: Some users report issues with managing notifications effectively. It can be difficult to balance the volume and importance of notifications, leading to potential alert fatigue.

Integration Issues: Although Zenduty supports numerous integrations, some users have encountered difficulties in setting up and maintaining these integrations. This can be a significant drawback for teams relying on seamless connectivity with other tools.
Limited Native Integrations: In some cases, users have noted that Zenduty lacks native integrations with certain tools they consider essential, requiring additional workarounds or third-party solutions.
Performance and Reliability:

Performance Lags: There are occasional reports of performance issues, such as lags or slow response times, particularly during high-traffic periods or when handling multiple incidents simultaneously.
Reliability Concerns: Some users have experienced reliability issues, such as system downtimes or glitches, which can undermine trust in the tool’s ability to manage critical incidents.
Customer Support:

Support Quality: Feedback on Zenduty’s customer support is mixed. Some users find the support responsive and helpful, while others feel that response times and the quality of support could be improved.
Documentation: The documentation provided can be insufficient or not detailed enough for resolving complex issues, leading to frustration during troubleshooting.
Pricing:

Cost: While Zenduty is often praised for its feature set, some users feel that the pricing is high relative to competitors, especially for smaller teams or startups with limited budgets.
Value for Money: There are opinions that the cost does not always correlate well with the value provided, particularly when users encounter the above-mentioned issues.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a user of Zenduty, I have experienced firsthand the transformative impact it has on incident management and response. Here’s a detailed review of how Zenduty addresses critical challenges and the substantial benefits it offers:

Solving Key Problems
1. Incident Response Coordination
Zenduty excels at centralizing incident management, providing a unified platform that streamlines the coordination of incident response. Before using Zenduty, our team struggled with chaotic and inefficient communication across different tools and channels. Now, with everything in one place, collaboration is seamless, and incidents are tracked and resolved much more effectively.

2. Alert Fatigue
One of the most significant issues we faced was alert fatigue. With Zenduty’s intelligent alert routing and deduplication, the flood of non-critical and redundant alerts has been reduced drastically. This ensures that only relevant and actionable alerts reach our team, significantly improving our focus and reducing stress.

3. On-call Management
Managing on-call schedules manually was a source of constant headaches and errors. Zenduty’s automated scheduling, rotations, and escalations have been a game-changer. It ensures fair distribution of on-call duties, minimizes human errors, and reduces the stress associated with manual management.

4. Incident Resolution Time
Prolonged incident resolution times used to lead to significant downtime and customer dissatisfaction. Zenduty has greatly improved our incident resolution times by providing real-time visibility and actionable insights. Integrated tools help us detect, acknowledge, and resolve issues faster than ever before.

5. Post-Incident Analysis
Previously, our lack of detailed post-incident analysis hindered our ability to learn from past issues. Zenduty’s comprehensive post-mortem capabilities have changed that. We can now analyze incidents thoroughly, identify root causes, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> Thank you for sharing how Zenduty has benefited you by solving critical challenges such as incident response coordination, alert fatigue, on-call management, incident resolution time, and post-incident analysis. We're committed to providing a platform that helps teams effectively manage incidents and improve overall performance. Your insights will help us continue to deliver value to our users.

  ### 7. Amazing experience with this Incident Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Zenduty's user experience is great. It is very lightweight and the mobile app itself is able to deliver to the expectation. The ability to seemlessly integrate various tools for alerting is beyond par and easy to setup as well.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Perhaps a regular account review would be better as the zenduty team could suggest the best practices and also customers can get familiar with new features.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever an incident occurs, we already had a couple of notification pipeline in place. However, it was observed at various points, that the text based notifications are not often sufficient. So, with Zenduty, we were able to solve the call-based notifications and escalations features in case the on-calll engineers misses the alerts.

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Zenduty's Incident Management Tool! We're glad to hear that our lightweight user experience and seamless integration capabilities have been beneficial for your team. We will definitely consider your suggestion for regular account reviews to keep our customers informed about new features and best practices.

  ### 8. Competitive Incident Management Tool with Complex UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

I find Zenduty app better in terms of notification it provides to oncall. I normally dislike calls on any incident manager tool, so I normally prefer to disable them and Zenduty app provides better alerting with UI to acknowledge.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Web UI is usable, but its still not user friendly. I sometimes find it hard to navigating through feature, For eg. Snoozing or Silenting an alert. Though it depends user to user. Also, there should be proper contact edit feature, not add them

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alerting on major/minor application incidents

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> We're happy to hear that our notification system is meeting your needs. We value your input on the web UI and will strive to make it more intuitive for all users.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

The easy integrations, features, quick alerting, and open API integrations. Our teams use it daily without any complaints. We migrated from PagerDuty and their team is amazing to support customers like us.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

I would like a better UI with dark mode and less verbose content

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

on-call, alerting and monitoring incidents in real time

  ### 10. One of the best alerts systems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pintraj K. | Devops / Infosec, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

the incidents triggering and sending the alerts through various integration like email, slack, msteams, phone etc

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

As on now there are no dislikes when comparing to pagerduty

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As said it was best incident management tool for Artichture and meanwhile we can configure it to the sentry alerts as well where we can create a incident based on sentry alarams

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with our incident triggering and alert integration. We're thrilled to hear that you find it beneficial.

  ### 11. Simple Incident Management Platform

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ovik V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

It's easy to set up and configure. Cheap comparing to other services. Provides few different pricing plans. Free plan available. Easy to integration with most of the services we are using. Integrations work well.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

First thing I don't like - it seems not support mobile calls to a lot of countries: our team geo-distributed and we have engineers in Kyrgystan, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Russia - and all of these countries are not fully supported. Seems only countries from "gold billion" fully supported. Second thing - Escalation Policy logic is pretty streighforward and thus doesn't provide enough flexibility to configured complex logic: like set a team on schedule and rotate within that team (like if member #1 will not react then go to next and so) or if we don't want immediate escalation - I don't see an option to skip it at all. Free plan is super limited - almost unusable.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us - escalation during incidents is a main expectation. Few times we faced incidents and our folks are not able to reach technical personnel, so we decided to bring some process and service to solve such issues.

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us, Ovik. We appreciate your feedback about the limitations of mobile call support in certain countries and the constraints of the free plan. We are committed to enhancing our platform and will take your comments into account as we continue to evolve and improve our service.

  ### 12. Zenduty - the incident response tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikhil P. | Senior Incident Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

We were looking for an alternative to the incident response tool that we were using in our organisation. Zenduty was a great replacement both in terms of the ease of migration and the cost savings benefits. The interface of the Zenduty dashboard is very user friendly and simple. There are a lot of self help documents provided by the Zenduty team. Coming from an incident management team, Zenduty is one of the most day to day use tools for us. Zenduty support is prompt. Team is responsive.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

The Zenduty application is currently sending redundant information with the alerts firing. This can be optimised is what I heard last from the Zenduty team so there is not much to dislike per se about Zenduty.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty is effectively and promptly alerting the incident managmet and the service owner teams during an incident. It helps with early detection of the issue which further helps with faster resolution.

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> Hey thanks for the review Nikhil! We're glad to hear that Zenduty has been a great replacement for your previous incident response tool and that you find our interface user-friendly.

  ### 13. easy to use and very flexible as integartion to different tools is easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diwakar R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

What I like best about Zenduty is how it simplifies incident management. It brings all communication and actions related to incidents into one place, making it easy for our team to collaborate and respond quickly. The integration with other tools is seamless, and the automation features help us resolve issues faster. Plus, the analytics and reporting capabilities allow us to learn from past incidents and continuously improve our processes. Overall, Zenduty makes managing incidents a lot more efficient and less stressful.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Simplifying the onboarding process and providing more intuitive guidance could make the platform even more user-friendly. Overall, while Zenduty offers great functionality, there is room for improvement in terms of usability and ease of setup. and feature for addition of integation of tools can be so that we can attached altogether as rn need to add individually in services.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty centralizes incident management, streamlining communication and actions, which benefits by saving time and reducing errors. Additionally, its alert management and automation features ensure quick response times and minimize downtime, enhancing service reliability.

  ### 20. The mobile app is fluid and reliable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

I like the mobile app because it alerts me immediately if there is a problem with one of our nodes. Even with a slow mobile data network, the reliability remains consistent. Additionally, the shifting schedule feature for our staff is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

The only thing I don't like is the alert sound, as it is the same sound used for national or local disaster alerts. This can be confusing and alarming, especially during non-emergency situations. It would be beneficial to have a distinct and customizable alert tone specifically for the app.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reliability of its mobile app is impressive. Even when you step away from your desk for a short break or a call of nature, the app ensures you receive timely alerts, regardless of a slow mobile data connection. **Reviewed by:** Shahin K. | President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

I've been using Zenduty for a while now, and it has truly transformed the way our team handles incident management. The real-time notifications are a game-changer, ensuring that the right people are alerted immediately when something goes wrong. The on-call scheduling and escalation policies are super flexible and easy to set up, which has significantly reduced our response times.

One of my favorite things about Zenduty is how well it integrates with all the other tools we use. It feels like the central hub for our incident response, bringing everything together seamlessly. The interface is intuitive, and we’ve been able to customize workflows to fit our specific needs perfectly.

The detailed analytics and reporting have been incredibly valuable for us, helping us identify trends and continuously improve our processes. Overall, Zenduty has helped us streamline our incident management, reduce downtime, and ultimately deliver better service. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient incident management platform, I highly recommend giving Zenduty a try!

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Cost tends to be on the higher side and to get everything you need to be on the highest plans. I also had some issues with the connectors but their support was able to resolve the issues quickly.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty is solving our biggest headache: slow incident responses and messy management. With its real-time alerts, easy on-call scheduling, and smooth integration with our tools, we're able to tackle issues fast. ### 22. Zenduty API review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nehalramsurya B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Its user experience and intuitive UI, makes the experience super smooth mostly.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

The Rest API documents provided are not very descriptive.
1. The APIs provided could be in a usable format like curl command with the headers and auth etc and for other code snippets like python like how we have it in Postman.
2. Output response is provided but in what scenarios what output we can expect like some examples.
This is because there are not a lot of forums to discuss Zenduty APIs and it becomes a little difficult to do the debugging.

UI for updating the schedules are not very friendly.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us to resolve incidents quickly and we have a couple of integrations on top of Zenduty to trigger automations etc.

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> We're glad to hear that you find our user experience and UI intuitive. We appreciate your feedback on the Rest API documentation and will work on making it more descriptive and user-friendly, including providing usable code snippets and examples of output responses. We understand the importance of easy debugging and will strive to improve the UI for updating schedules. Thank you for sharing how Zenduty is helping you resolve incidents quickly and enabling integrations for automations.

  ### 28. Streamlined Incident Management with Zenduty

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aryan S. | Co-Founder & CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

After using Zenduty for almost a year, I'm genuinely impressed. Its seamless integration with our existing systems is a major plus – it's like it was tailor-made for our setup. The interface is user-friendly; I got the hang of it quickly, and the custom alerts are spot on, cutting down on unnecessary noise.

The real-time collaboration in incident war rooms makes a big difference in how we handle crises. While I navigated a learning curve at the start, it wasn't too steep. More integrations would be great, but even now, Zenduty feels like a reliable partner in managing IT incidents.

Overall, it's streamlined our processes and made incident management much more manageable.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

One aspect of Zenduty that I find limiting is the feature set available in the starter pack. While the basics are covered, the scope of functionalities offered at this level seems somewhat restricted. This limitation sometimes hinders the full potential of incident management and response that might be achievable with a more comprehensive feature set.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zenduty is solving a critical issue for us: ensuring timely and reliable alerts about the status of our services deployed at client sites. Before Zenduty, we relied on email notifications for these alerts, but they were often overlooked, especially during non-work hours. This posed a significant challenge in responding promptly to service issues, potentially impacting our client satisfaction and service reliability.

With Zenduty, we receive immediate call alerts that are hard to miss. This shift from email to direct call alerts has dramatically improved our response times. We're now much more efficient in addressing any service issues that arise, regardless of the hour. This improvement has not only enhanced our team's ability to manage and resolve incidents effectively but also has had a positive impact on our client relationships and the overall trust in our services. The benefit of using Zenduty for us is clear: more reliable incident management and a significant reduction in response delays, ensuring continuous and quality service to our clients.

**Official Response from Alka Gupta:**

> Hey thanks a lot for the review, Aryan! We're thrilled to hear that Zenduty's seamless integration, user-friendly interface, and custom alerts have streamlined your incident management processes. We're constantly working on adding more integrations to further enhance our platform's capabilities.

**Reviewed by:** Zuber B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Highlights the alerts and incidents panels with simple configurations and competitive prices, I have access to more than 70 integrations, I highlight the integration with Slack is amazing. It fully supports the Android operating system, iOS, among others, which makes it very versatile as it is available for any device. Incident guides are fully customizable, and are very useful to train all IT staff involved. Good communication with the support team at all times. Within the platform, they also add very complete and didactic incident manuals.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

The tool from the beginning I did not like how it integrates with Microsoft Teams. Scaling with many limitations compared to other services, initially I found the interface confusing, but with time and training we managed to improve the implementation. The mobile application goes very well, but I find flaws in the alerts for incidents, I hope for future updates.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hired them because we needed an alert system for complex situations of events that were out of our hands, thanks to ticketing we have been able to provide end-to-end solutions. We have been able to delegate tasks to our IT department very effectively. Communications have improved since we have been using the software for alerting and incident reporting.

The best thing that I liked about Zenduty is its UI and end-user experience. UI is very clean and easy to find things.

Slack integration is superb and I love it. It works event with very less network connection. Payloads passed in slack gives a detailed view as well so that we can see what's the issue from slack itself.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

Nothing major as such. All is good from the Zenduty app.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Slack integrations are helping a lot in tracking the alerts, viewing details even without going to the app when network is low.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?**

Zenduty provided all the features we needed to leave our previous incident management/response software which was costing us more than 2x what we pay to Zenduty per seat. The team is also very responsive and has been very helpful with all of our questions and feature requests.

**What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?**

There isn't a view where we can see who is on call over the next month for multiple schedules on the same escalation policy. So it's hard to see our primary and secondary/back-up on-call schedules together for a service.

**What problems is Xurrent IMR solving and how is that benefiting you?**
