While Zenarate AI Coach has brought clear value to our training programs at USAA, there are a few areas where we’ve seen room for improvement. Some of the simulations can feel a bit linear, which occasionally limits the flexibility of conversations. We understand this is partly by design to ensure consistency, but it can sometimes restrict the natural flow of learning. Additionally, the system occasionally struggles to recognize certain utterances, leading to errors or misinterpretations. That said, we’ve seen steady improvements in this area, and the Zenarate team has been proactive in addressing these issues. With the introduction of their new GenAI Simulator, we’re optimistic that many of these limitations will soon be a thing of the past.
