Hello, and thank you for your kind review! To our knowledge, Zenarate AI Coach software has never crashed. Rather, when a user experiences AI Coach "crashing," it is actually due to user internet connection issues. Zenarate AI Coach is a cloud based software that relies on a stable internet connection to function properly. I encourage you to reach out to your Zenarate Customer Success Manager, and they can both troubleshoot and provide more information on the subject :)
