Zen Solutions AI Receptionist is a bilingual (French and English) AI voice agent for small businesses. It answers the phone, answers customers' usual questions (services, hours, prices, service area), books, moves and cancels appointments in the business's own calendar (Google or Outlook), and transfers the call to a person when needed, after asking the caller first. It also answers text messages. Each agent is configured on the client's business and checked by a person on our team before it answers customers. The business sees every call in its client space. The agent is part of an all-in-one platform for small businesses: website, client management (CRM), online booking, text messages, e-mail and invoicing.
