Zemam (زمام), also known as Zemam ERP, is an Arabic-first cloud ERP by Smartly Coded, built for small and mid-sized businesses in Egypt and the wider MENA region. It replaces the usual patchwork of disconnected tools with one system where accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing, POS, HR, and manufacturing all share a single ledger. Under the hood is a real IFRS-compliant, double-entry accounting engine: every balance is derived from immutable transactions, so a single sale posts the journal entry, deducts stock, and updates the customer balance at once — and the books always reconcile. Egyptian VAT (after discount) and direct ETA e-invoicing are built in. Highlights: multi-warehouse inventory with WAC/FIFO and batch/expiry tracking; an offline-capable retail and restaurant POS; the full cheque lifecycle; installments; multi-currency (IAS 21); fixed assets; a near-complete mobile app; and a read-only AI connector to query your books through Claude or ChatGPT.
