Zelt makes it simple to complete all of my HR related tasks. Whether that is requesting time off, completing performance reviews or checking my employee profile. I also like the speed of the platform, I'm never waiting around for pages or features to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I get a lot of notifications from the chat icon, most of which are not relevant and can be distracting at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a well integrated system that allows me to set up the flows. The rest of it just runs smoothly. People in the team love it too as they're getting a lot more done in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doesn't have a bot for Teams yet but we tested Slack bot and that worked great. With the speed of feature releases, Teams should be coming soon too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ease at which to do anything it’s easy to find and easy to navigate
I particularly love the performance growth module as it has made my review process so much easier. I have ratings available, I am no longer chasing for managers or staff to complete, Zelt does this for me
I have used the anonymous peer reviews for some insights.
More recently I carried out a pulse survey which has been great to see staff being open and honest due to the anonymity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes there are a few hiccups with updates and I’ve battled to set up schedules however the tech team seem readily available to help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
