Zelt is really intuitive to navigate, it's easy to find the sections I need when I go to look something up. It stores a lot of my employee information, and it's been handy for going in to check things like salary details, and role change dates. I like the ease of use and centralized organization. The platform was designed to be intuitive, which means that even without much experience, it is possible to start using it quickly. The integration with other systems and ease of communication are also aspects I appreciate. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Zelt very easy and intuitive. For smaller businesses with a single site, Zelt works well as a HR platform, but in multi-site healthcare settings we often face challenges—particularly with granting cross-site access for individuals, which can make managing staff across locations more difficult.
