I really appreciate that it's very easy to register your time off and also see other people's PTO. The overlap between persons taking time off is very helpful, especially because our team is workload based and we can't have more than about two people off at a time. Before, things like managing payslips, requesting time off, and keeping track of benefits were scattered across different tools or required chasing the HR team. With Zelt, everything is in one place - it’s easy to access, transparent, and saves a lot of time. I especially like how straightforward it is to view my payroll and submit leave requests without having to email anyone. It was great because it maintains the confidentiality of employee information and streamlines the employment process.
