Its a very simple app to use and I find it very helpful in keeping me up to date with my invoices and pay. Theres always support if needed,It's very convenient! Intuitive; able to reflect real-life scenarios; freely configurable but within smart, well-designed professional frameworks; making it easy to build on strong import capabilities. Outstanding customer support; it’s rare to get such timely, useful, and to-the-point responses. The demo was clear, easy to follow, and detailed exactly to the right extent. I use Zelt at my workplace for HR related tasks, like requesting time off and viewing payslips. I appreciate that it shows all payslips in one place, which makes them quick and easy to access. I like that you can easily have it on your phone via the app! It's super intuitive and easy to use. It saves me time having to figure out how to execute workflows, such as booking time off. We’ve been using Zelt as our core HR system for over two years, and what stands out the most is how responsive and supportive their team is. Customer support is always quick to help, and they genuinely listen to feedback. Zelt covers a wide range of HR needs – from onboarding and time off to payroll, equipment, and access – which makes it useful as a centralised platform. We’ve also been impressed by the pace at which they develop and improve features. It’s clear they’re committed to evolving the product to meet the real needs of growing companies like ours. Reporting capabilities could be more advanced – for example, it’s not always easy to generate custom reports or dashboards with the exact metrics we need, especially when combining data across modules. Some areas of the platform (like performance management or expenses) are still evolving, and we’ve occasionally encountered minor bugs or limitations.
