Zelt makes it simple to complete all of my HR related tasks. Whether that is requesting time off, completing performance reviews or checking my employee profile. It's a well integrated system that allows me to set up the flows. The rest of it just runs smoothly. People in the team love it too as they're getting a lot more done in one place. I love the ease at which to do anything it’s easy to find and easy to navigate I particularly love the performance growth module as it has made my review process so much easier. I have ratings available, I am no longer chasing for managers or staff to complete, Zelt does this for me I have used the anonymous peer reviews for some insights.
