**What do you like best about Zelo?**

The platform is simple to navigate, making it easy to manage tasks and projects. It works well with your email, calendar, and file storage, helping you stay organized. It has strong security to protect your information.

**What do you dislike about Zelo?**

It might not work well for everyone. platform has lots of glitches or issues, which can slow down work and frustrate users.

**What problems is Zelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Features like chat and messaging help team members talk easily and solve problems quickly. Tools for creating, assigning, and tracking tasks keep everyone organized and help meet deadlines. Real-time editing and shared workspaces make it easy for teams to work together on documents and projects. Being able to set up and change workflows and project views helps make the platform fit your team’s needs.

1. Zelo offers a comprehensive set of communication tools
2. we can do messaging, voice calls, and video conferencing without any lag.
3. system having minimal downtime and uninterrupted communication.
4. security is also good with end-to-end encryption.

**What do you dislike about Zelo?**

1. limited customized options.
2. sometimes latency issues during video calls

**What problems is Zelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The zelo having robust features and reliable performance has significantly improved our workflow and productivity within the team.

I like the IInstant messaging and notifications, I can stay connected to my clients through it

**What do you dislike about Zelo?**

There are some other apps that work similarly and they're free. I think they need to stand out from these other apps so the extra features make them worthy.

**What problems is Zelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the ready to go templates are super useful when you dont know how to start
