What do you like best about ZELIQ?

What I like best about ZELIQ is the concept behind the platform. The idea of centralizing prospecting tasks and automating outreach is attractive and could save time if the tool worked reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZELIQ?

What I dislike the most about ZELIQ is the instability of the tool. We experienced repeated bugs, especially on LinkedIn automation sequences, which required constant manual checking to ensure the system had not disconnected. Even worse, the tool kept sending messages to prospects even after they replied, despite the stop-rule being activated which created unnecessary stress, complaints from prospects, and damage to our brand image.

Support was not very helpful either: instead of addressing the issue quickly, we were met with long questioning about how we used the tool, without any concrete solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZELIQ?

I find ZELIQ to be a very good app/platform for emailing and prospection. I like the app and its speed, and using it means I don't need to look for other websites on Google. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ZELIQ?

What I particularly appreciate about ZELQ is its simplicity. The interface is intuitive and the tool gets straight to the point: it allows for efficient management of all multichannel prospecting (emails, calls, LinkedIn) without any frills. What do you dislike about ZELIQ?

The only area for improvement I identify concerns the dashboards and reporting. Although they are functional for basic monitoring, I would like to have more advanced dashboards or with more customization options to analyze performance in a more detailed manner.
