It also allows for splitting payments across different methods, ensuring flexibility for both clients and staff. A booking is marked as complete only when it is fully paid, maintaining accurate financial records. The reporting feature offers insights into the salon's performance by tracking revenue, bookings, and no-shows over customizable periods. Reports can be generated for the entire company or specific branches, providing valuable data to inform business decisions. These reports are built from the existing bookings and payments entered into the system, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Additional features include customizable staff roles with specific permissions and branch access, branch-specific service prices and working hours, inventory management with stock tracking per warehouse, and support for multiple languages, allowing each staff member to select their preferred language. An online booking feature is currently in development, aiming to provide clients with the ability to book services directly through a dedicated page.
