The initial setup was very easy for me, thanks to my banking background. However, for those without such experience, Zeffy's customer support is awesome and wonderful, answering every question effectively. **What do you dislike about Zeffy?** I've had some issues with using Zeffy for a couple of different campaigns, where each campaign has its own QR code. It's been a bit challenging explaining to the different members who are not technology-oriented that you can't just use a QR code over and over again. You have to use the specific QR code for the specific campaign. Maybe Zeffy could offer a master QR code, so that all the different campaigns can have the same QR code. I have a generic campaign that is always on our website. And I've created specific campaigns. Zeffy makes it easy for me and looks good for our potential donors. It gives me tools to use in emails, on our website, and in social media. It handles the donor communication. And even partially integrates to our Quickbooks Online. **What do you dislike about Zeffy?** I do think the tip requests are quite high. Yes, we as an organization get 100% of the money, but the standard tip rate that Zeffy requests is 17%. That is far more than people would pay in fees. We host many weekly events, and Zeffy’s scheduler has been incredibly helpful. I especially appreciate that contributions can be made optional when people RSVP for an event. The pages are also becoming more beautiful and engaging, especially with the new animations.
