A few items that would improve the service- People's phone numbers are often all run together and there is no way to separate them with dashes unless you edit each one independantly, eg.-9052962069. We have numerous accounts with Zeffy and it is not possible to switch easily from one to the other. You need to sign out of one to open another account. This is cumbersome and time consuming. I love all the different functions in one space and how much money it saves us! We have our CRM, newsletter, event tickets all in one place; and because they're integrated, we don't have to download a CSV from one and import it, they're all already logged! Zeffy is ridiculously user-friendly, but even better are their robust support services (help articles/videos and personalized customer service) and their exceptional responsiveness to customer needs and suggestions. Occasionally a change in functionality can come as a surprise, so it might require adapting to a slight process change, but so far all the changes have been positive so it's worth it. Zeffy has a very user friendly application. Available both on desktop and via an app. It was a quick and easy process to set up. It allows for customization for setting up our org page and aesthetically pleasing! I love the consistent communications Zeffy sends when funds are received. It has templates that can be used to take the guessing out for what to write when its time to communicate with sponsors. The best part is that Zeffy allows us to keep the full donated amount without charging us fees. This in itself is a huge blessing. Its the best platform available to nonprofits! We've gotten really great feedback about the variety of payments accepted by Zeffy. People love to be able to use an e-check, credit or debit card, or digital wallet. Sometimes they get too confused and refuse to pay because they thought we were sneaking in extra charges. I understand why Zeffy needs to ask for processing fees, but 15% is absurdly high.
