Other than that they continue to be 100% free and have a nice interface that is user friendly. There are many options for ticketing and services and even volunteers. They now have a nicer CRM and Have a Facebook group now for Zeffy users that can ask questions about how to do specific functions in the platform so you are not relying just on customer service.. they have a. Very nice CRM I have integrated Zeffy with Zapier but it wasn't easy or clear cut. The performance has been good so far and it has not failed to go through the payment process or volunteer sign up ever. IT is trying to incorporat AI, but I stay away from that kind of stuff on Zeffy, so I don't really use the AI/ intelligence feature it has. **What do you dislike about Zeffy?** So. The issue is that you can't just uncheck the donation for Zeffy and you have to go to a multiple choice box. Then hit custom, then manually type the number 0 (zero). But to the normal eye it looks like the price went from $25 to $30. (Their standard is 17%. I still think for a free donation platform it's good, but I've had to put extra work to make videos and write and tell people how to avoid the Zeffy contribution. Also I have no way of knowing unless I ask, if they paid it or saw my video or not. If they made it easier to understand that the Contribution is optional and start at a less percentage rate, that wouldn't make it look like your trying to hid the fee. **What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a educational element of service and charge for certification. We can tailor it to not only include our brand, but elements of the event itself. This is our first year using Zeffy. They made it easy to track payments and donations made for our two events. I am not well-versed in current technology, so the ease in which I was able to set up forms, etc. was very helpful and intuitive. I had just a few questions and was able to use their chat option. Customer support was very responsive. I have recommended Zeffy to several nonprofits in our area! **What do you dislike about Zeffy?** If one can even call it a dislike...it is more of a concern. As a nonprofit and chief operations officer, I need to know the bottom line, financially. We had been using 3 other payment methods for our events and the fees we had to pay took money away from the purpose of our non-profit, which is to help veterans. Most NPO boards, no matter how well intentioned, have eventually succumbed to the business model and become a part of the non-profit industrial complex. Zeffy has chosen to be clear in their communication, clearly mark where donors to our NPO can keep our funding platform free with an additional donation to Zeffy, and Zeffy has never sold our contacts or solicited our donors for additional campaigns. It is incredibly rare to see a company actually deliver on its promises, and not hide deceptive funding practices, nor treat data as an exploitable resource. And Zeffy hasn't compromised customer service, either. I'm a recovering Luddite, and a Zeffy customer support person has helped with setting up our campaign, and another helped me edit an event.
