Very good communication tools. **What do you dislike about Zeffy?** The way Zeffy defaults to adding an extra payment to fund Zeffy can leave your customers feeling badly. It's easy to skip right by the additional ask and the default payment is approximately the same as HST, which further confuses customers. Out of 98 customers, I had 7 contact me surprised, irritated and feeling duped by after realizing the additional added charge. I'm sure others didn't notice or didn't bother to contact me. You can add verbiage to your sales messages to warn customers in advance, but this detracts from sales. **What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Free online payments ### 2. That made ticket sales and collection challenging and more time-consuming at our show. **What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?** All of our sales and donations in one place. That is a benefit to our volunteers, who help manage those things, because it's easier to have just one app. ### 3. It saved us a significant amount of money last year, specifically $12,000 in credit card fees. I find the platform relatively easy to use with not a difficult learning curve and the setup is pretty easy. These aspects cut down the time of putting events up on our website. **What do you dislike about Zeffy?** It would have been helpful to know that if our donors didn't choose to donate to Zeffy at a certain level, it would reduce our ability to accept payments and donations. I don't recall that being stated anywhere in the process. So now we have to look at another option other than Zeffy to take our donations over $1000. That was super disappointing to us. **What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Zeffy for all our online donations and ticketing, saving us $12,000 in credit card fees. It's relatively easy to use and setup cuts down on the time to put events up on our website. ### 4.
