## About Zeffy
Zeffy is a nonprofit fundraising platform where every dollar raised stays with the mission. Unlike most fundraising tools, which charge 5% or more per transaction, Zeffy covers all credit card processing fees and platform costs — funded instead by optional tips donors leave at checkout. Development directors, fundraising coordinators, treasurers, and executive directors rely on Zeffy to run their entire fundraising operation from one place, whether they lead a small community organization or a national charity with thousands of donors. The fee problem is real: on a $100,000 campaign, transaction fees alone can redirect $5,000 or more away from programs before a single dollar reaches the cause. Zeffy eliminates this loss entirely. Nonprofits pay no platform fee, no monthly subscription, and no hidden charge — every processing cost is absorbed so the full amount raised goes to the mission. From one dashboard, organizations can create donation forms, sell event tickets, run raffles, manage online auctions, launch peer-to-peer campaigns, handle memberships with automatic renewal, and operate an online shop. In-person fundraising is handled through a tap-to-pay mobile app that accepts payments on the spot. For donor communications, Zeffy includes a built-in email and newsletter platform as well as a postmail service that sends physical letters and postcards directly to donors. Giving history, contact records, and automated tax receipts for eligible organizations are managed through a built-in CRM, with real-time reporting across all fundraising types. Zeffy connects with the tools nonprofits already use. Donation forms and campaign pages embed directly into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace websites and more! Donors can give through Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo alongside standard credit and debit cards. Teams that rely on Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or social outreach through Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp can continue using those channels alongside Zeffy. QuickBooks integration keeps financial records current without manual exports. More than 100,000 nonprofits — from Big Brothers Big Sisters chapters and local YMCAs to neighborhood food banks, faith communities, and grassroots advocacy groups — have raised over $2 billion through Zeffy, saving more than $100 million in fees that returned directly to programs. Organizations that switch to Zeffy typically eliminate platform fees on the first campaign — without changing how they fundraise.

## Zeffy Reviews
  ### 1. A Free, Easy-to-Use Fundraising Tool That Makes Nonprofit Work Feel Achievable

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa L. | Alumni Admissions Liaison, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

What I like best about Zeffy is that it makes nonprofit work feel achievable. As a volunteer leader in both an HBCU alumni chapter and a Black Greek-letter organization affiliate, I’ve seen how much our organizations rely on volunteers who are balancing full-time jobs, families, and other commitments. We often don’t have the budget for expensive fundraising and management platforms, so having a free, easy-to-use tool like Zeffy has been a game changer. It has taken the fear out of fundraising, helped us stay organized, and made it easier to turn ideas into action. I genuinely wish more volunteer-led organizations, especially HBCU alumni chapters and Black community organizations, knew about and used Zeffy because it removes so many barriers to growing your impact.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

My biggest area for improvement would be the mobile experience. Zeffy works extremely well on a desktop or laptop, but many nonprofit leaders and volunteers are on the go or don’t always have access to a computer. I would love to see the mobile experience become more user-friendly and fully optimized, making it easier to manage campaigns, complete administrative tasks, and collect payments directly from a phone. Improving the mobile experience would make an already great platform even more accessible for busy volunteer-led organizations.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy has helped solve many of the administrative and fundraising challenges that volunteer-led organizations face. It has made it easier to communicate with members, manage event registration, build and maintain contact lists, and raise funds all in one place.

For our HBCU alum chapter and Black Greek-letter organization affiliate (Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated, Beta Tau Chapter), Zeffy has helped us engage members across the country and around the world, strengthen connections among sorority sisters, and increase support for our alma mater, Morgan State University. It has also made fundraising for our endowment scholarship and other initiatives much easier by providing a simple, accessible way for people to donate from anywhere.

Overall, Zeffy has helped us stay organized, save time, and devote more energy to our mission rather than administrative tasks.

  ### 2. Non profit Saves

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle L.

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

The biggest upside of Zeffy is that it allows nonprofits to collect payments without charging platform fees. This helps more of the money go directly to our organization and the programs we provide.

The most useful feature is being able to create online forms for memberships, donations, event tickets, and other payments all in one place. Zeffy also makes it easy to track transactions, send receipts, and review payment information when questions come up. Overall, it is a helpful and affordable tool for nonprofit organizations.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

What I dislike most about Zeffy is that the optional contribution request can be confusing for customers, and some people accidentally add an extra contribution without realizing it. It can also be difficult to manage memberships when two people share the same email address. Some transactions require extra checking and manual follow-up to make sure payments and membership records are entered correctly.
Setting up a campaign can be difficult. Sometimes it doesnt fit what our needs are.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy solves the problem of costly payment-processing and fundraising platform fees for nonprofit organizations. It allows us to accept membership payments, donations, event registrations, and ticket sales online while keeping more of the money for our programs and services.

It also gives us one place to create forms, track payments, issue receipts, and review transaction details. This saves staff time, makes online payment options more convenient for our members and supporters, and helps us manage our records more efficiently.

  ### 3. Zeffy: A Smart Fundraising Platform for Growing Nonprofits

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

What I like best about Zeffy is that it gives small nonprofits access to professional fundraising tools without charging platform fees, allowing more of every donation to support our mission. The platform is intuitive, continually improving, and backed by a customer service team that is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping organizations succeed. While there are a few quirks that occasionally require creative workarounds, the overall value, reliability, and support make Zeffy an outstanding choice for nonprofits looking to maximize their impact.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

Like any software, Zeffy has a few quirks. Some features aren't always as intuitive as they could be, and occasionally we've had to find workarounds to accomplish what we wanted. I'd also like to see more flexibility in reporting, customization, and event management. That said, the platform is continually improving, and whenever we've encountered an issue, Zeffy's customer support has been responsive, helpful, and committed to finding a solution.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy solves one of the biggest challenges facing small nonprofits: access to affordable, professional fundraising tools. Instead of paying platform fees that reduce the impact of every donation, we can dedicate more of our resources to our mission—providing musical instruments, scholarships, and educational opportunities through our SMARTS Initiative.

By combining online donations, event ticketing, registration forms, donor management, and fundraising campaigns in one platform, Zeffy has streamlined our operations, reduced administrative work, and given us a professional donor experience without the high costs. For a growing nonprofit, that means we spend less time managing technology and more time transforming lives through music.

  ### 4. Good Service could be Better

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I like that it does not burden our nonprofit business association with the cost of processing the membership dues and event registrations. I like the rapid response from customer service whenever I have a question or issue.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

The information we require from our members for events and programs and for our membership renewals does not appear as options in the campaign set-up, so we have to use additional questions, which people tend to skip through without answering. I don't like that the credit card charge is limited by amount because our corporate sponsorships exceed the maximum amount. The reporting does not break down first name and last name into two columns, so I have to fix that in the EXCEL spreadsheet that I export. It's fine for 40 event guests, but it will be burdensome when I have more. I would like to have First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company, and Email for each guest that is registered by the buyer. I would also like an option for the buyer, who is sometimes an Assistant, to be able to indicate that the guest is their boss and not them, and to have fields for the Guest's First Name, Last Name, Job Title, and Email. We have resolved this by asking for the Guest Information in a question, but it does not put the response into separate columns. I don't like that payments are referred to as a "donation". I would prefer that they be called "payments", which is neutral. As a nonprofit business association in the U.S., "Contributions to our organization are not considered 'charitable' deductions by the IRS, but may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax advisor." We are required to include that express statement on all solicitations, which we have resolved by asking a the required question, "Do you understand that. . . ". Some of the instructions are not as user-friendly as they could be, but once you understand how to make a partial refund by contacting customer service, it is clearer. The extra donation option is confusing to some users. We would receive more of them if the percentage started at 4%, which is what most credit card processing companies are charging today, rather than 15%.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy has taken the burden of paying for credit card processing from the nonprofit organization, which is helping us manage our expenses better, and giving the member, guest, or supporter the option to pay for the processing. The next question should include an option for program and event management, membership dues and renewals, and sponsorship payments. We may try to use the option for Nonprofit CRM in the future as more of our members use it. We still have many corporate members who mail checks. We would prefer that they send an ACH payment because checks are less secure and take longer to be deposited than an ACH payment.

  ### 5. The Fundraising Platform that's 100% FREE!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

Zeffy’s biggest advantage is that it’s free for nonprofits, which helps organizations keep more of the donations they receive. The platform is easy to use, setting up donation forms and event registrations is straightforward, and the interface is clean. The optional donor tips help support the platform without requiring nonprofits to pay subscription or transaction fees.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

The optional tip prompt can sometimes confuse donors or make the checkout experience feel less straightforward. Some advanced customization and reporting features are more limited compared to paid fundraising platforms, and integrations with other tools aren’t as extensive. I would also recommend adding support for dedicated card machines, rather than relying only on Tap to Pay on iPhone, as this would make in-person fundraising more flexible and accessible for organizations using different devices.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy solves the problem of expensive fundraising and payment processing fees for nonprofits. By allowing organizations to keep 100% of their donations, it helps maximize the impact of every contribution. It also simplifies collecting donations, selling event tickets, and managing campaigns in one place, saving time and making fundraising much more efficient.

  ### 6. Using Zeffy is great!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberlee W. | Grants and Impact Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

What I like best about zeffy is the ability to add contacts and have them in a specific folder. It also gives me the ability to easily communicate with the group. Being able to see how much we have saved through Zeffy is awesome as well.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

I may not know how to use it right but I would love to be able to make a new note, have it automatically dated, and for each note to populate when you pull someone up. I am working on building relationships with funders so it would be nice to be able to write in notes and those notes be easily organized for me to scan and read before I meet with a funder again.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps with donations and our customer relationship management as we do not have the capacity to have a separate CRM system.

  ### 7. Update after over 2 years of using the Zeffy Platform.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** denise c. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

The issue is how difficult it is to see the donation for Zeffy and that it starts at 17 percent which makes people think that's just a standard fee. Other than that they continue to be 100% free and have a nice interface that is user friendly. There are many options for ticketing and services and even volunteers. They now have a nicer CRM and Have a Facebook group now for Zeffy users that can ask questions about how to do specific functions in the platform so you are not relying just on customer service.. they have a. Very nice CRM I have integrated Zeffy with Zapier but it wasn't easy or clear cut. The performance has been good so far and it has not failed to go through the payment process or volunteer sign up ever. IT is trying to incorporat AI, but I stay away from that kind of stuff on Zeffy, so I don't really use the AI/ intelligence feature it has.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

So. The issue is that you can't just uncheck the donation for Zeffy and you have to go to a multiple choice box. Then hit custom, then manually type the number 0 (zero). But to the normal eye it looks like the price went from $25 to $30. (Their standard is 17%. I still think for a free donation platform it's good, but I've had to put extra work to make videos and write and tell people how to avoid the Zeffy contribution. Also I have no way of knowing unless I ask, if they paid it or saw my video or not. If they made it easier to understand that the Contribution is optional and start at a less percentage rate, that wouldn't make it look like your trying to hid the fee.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a educational element of service and charge for certification. They make it easy to embed on your website and purchase while staying on page.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you, Denise! Over two years of use and the effort you have put into educating your donors through videos and guides says a lot about how seriously you take their experience. Zeffy is a 100% free fundraising platform for nonprofits, and that kind of proactive communication makes the platform work better for everyone in your community.

On the donation form side, a few things that may help: Zeffy includes a dedicated section explaining the tip before donors confirm payment, automated tax receipts go out immediately after each gift, and recurring giving is fully self-managed by donors with no extra setup on your end.

On the tip: thank you for this feedback. The suggested tip depends on the donation amount: 17% for smaller gifts, dropping to 7% for larger ones, and donors can edit it to any amount, including zero, before confirming. On average, what donors choose to tip ends up lower than the fixed fees most platforms charge nonprofits, which means more of every dollar goes to your mission. Beyond the dedicated section we include, a note in your form description in your own words can add more context for your specific audience.

Two Zeffy tools worth exploring. Zeffy's peer-to-peer fundraising lets your supporters create their own fundraising pages for your cause, which can multiply reach during major campaigns. Zeffy's Donor Mail lets you send personalized thank-you letters and appeals from the dashboard, with printing and mailing handled for you.

Really glad Zeffy is working for your organization.

  ### 8. This is a great tool for new nonprofits, excited to see how it accommodates growth.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I like that zefe is a One-Stop shop for the things we need to manage our non-profit. We don't have to go to a bunch of different places to get things done. I would like to learn more about automation and how those kinds of things can work as far as triggers and communication flows.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

There isn't much I dislike about Zeffy. Some of the email templates and other design templates can be a little more clean and diverse. Other than that, for what zefe offers, it's a great help to our organization.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zephy helps solve productivity and time management problems that benefits me as a director of a non-profit with other brands that I manage. It keeps things organized and I can continue to be productive across the board.

  ### 9. the pros and cons of this platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

It is easy to enter the data of phone calls and to enter comments so that they are visible for a next call.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

A few items that would improve the service- People's phone numbers are often all run together and there is no way to separate them with dashes unless you edit each one independantly, eg.-9052962069. We have numerous accounts with Zeffy and it is not possible to switch easily from one to the other. You need to sign out of one to open another account. This is cumbersome and time consuming. You should be able to have all the accounts open in different tabs. Otherwise it works well.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a free service so it is saving a lot of money.

  ### 10. Mostly a great option for nonprofits (from a non standard user)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathy R.

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

We've gotten really great feedback about the variety of payments accepted by Zeffy. People love to be able to use an e-check, credit or debit card, or digital wallet.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

The extremely high and confusing processing fees. I have to explain that to each and every client who gets our Zeffy link. Sometimes they get too confused and refuse to pay because they thought we were sneaking in extra charges. I understand why Zeffy needs to ask for processing fees, but 15% is absurdly high. Especially when sometimes our rental "donations" are over $1000.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy is much easier to use than our last online payment platform. I appreciate being able to track payments made on for an upcoming event. I wish there was a balance tracking option.

  ### 11. Easy to create and professional looking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I’ve been using Zeffy to organize field trips, and it has made managing registrations and communicating with families so much easier. I love having everything in one place, and the no-fee model is such a huge benefit for a nonprofit. It’s been simple, helpful, and a great fit for what we need.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

The only downside I’ve found is that I wish there were a few more customization options for registration pages and emails. It works well, but sometimes I’d like a little more flexibility in how things look and how I communicate with families.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our non-profit organization reach out to our members in a professional way and allows us to track and communicate with registrants.

  ### 12. We love Zeffy for art sales, and donations.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

It's simple to use, and free platform which is so helpful for a nonprofit arts organization in this economy.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

We don't love that a fee is automatically charged, and you have to look out for the box to uncheck. We would prefer if that box were more obvious or more of a choice for the person donating to us. Can you make an exception for nonprofits using your platform? And keep that option in the for-profit sector?

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of there not being any free options for processing payments for our nonprofit. We can't afford large fees, and your support is helping our mission.

  ### 13. Easy Newsletter Setup, But Draft-Saving and Email Reporting Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

Easy to set up newsletter, and membership tiers. Lots of nice tools for maintaining email lists.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

My newsletters don't always save and I've lost work. The email function is very rudimentary. I still have many failed message sent lines clogging up my sent folder from a network glitch months ago. I used to be able to see the report items that matter to me in the same list of all my past emails, but now I have to hunt them down in the report.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides a fairly easy-to-use platform to send membership emails, while allowing the members to opt out, etc.

  ### 14. Co-Director and Grant Writer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I like the easy to use templates for the campaigns; the simple, yet professional designs; and I appreciate the savings so our organization can retain all our funds that were meant for us, without costing our donors more money.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

I had made an error with our email list and had a few challenges with our lists. Fortunately, I figured it out, but it was a bit challenging at first.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy saves time and money for us as it takes care of sending emails, automatically responding to donors, sending donors IRS statements, and offering a way to professionally communicate with potential donors.

  ### 15. Zeffy for the Non-Profit Win!!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Performing Arts

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I LOVE that Zeffy is free and invites community to support with fees!! What an incredible tool that folds email, CRM, events, donations and paid ticketing all into one!!! Great for non-profits and small startups. Not to mention — amazing customer service!!

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

Zeffy is still going through some growing pains in terms of user experience and what it offers, but I believe it'll get there.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not sure! I recently sent a list of pros and cons, from a season of use, but I did not hear back

  ### 16. Excellent Online Fundraising Partner!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark P.

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

Zeffy is easy to use, easily integrates into our nonprofit's website, and allows for all of the donor's money to go towards our mission.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

Initially the campaign forms were limited in how information could be presented, but this has since been improved.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy allows Community Markets Inc. to have a good online donation platform at no cost to us. We're a very small nonprofit, so we really don't have a Marketing budget to be paying monthly fees for another online donation platform. CMI is grateful for Zeffy's partnership.

  ### 17. Best option for newer organizations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

It's very user-friendly and serves the primary functions a fundraiser or marketing professional would need. It has integrated metrics and makes the process for communicating with your database super simple while keeping messaging polished and unified.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

There is still some functionality that needs improvement. The donor profile is quite limited compared to a salesforce CRM. I couldn't until recently have more than one email associated with a donor. I also don't have a way of taking pledges.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recurring and consistent email marketing with our entire donor database.

  ### 18. Great Platform, Happy Overall

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

We love that 100% of donations go towards our non-profit organization and that we are able to create various campaigns to suit our needs. The dashboard is easy to navigate and the whole platform seems pretty user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

Our only complaint is that there isn't a card reader for card donations..

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were losing a percentage of our donations and sales to service fees with other platforms. This was the driving force for our switch but we've found other benefits along the way!

  ### 19. Zeffy!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaunae S.

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

Zeffy has been great to keep track of registrations for our programming and it has been so great to receive emails when people register!

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

I haven't found anything I dislike about Zeffy yet. Even when I've had trouble navigating the site, the chat feature was incredibly helpful and helped guide me through!

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy helps us keep our events organized and allows to track data very well!

  ### 20. Zeffy Streamlined Our Fundraising and Made Financial Management Far More Efficient

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

We use the Zeffy platform for EMA fundraising, and since we started using it late last year, it has significantly improved the way we manage our fund flow. By centralizing all of our fundraising through Zeffy campaigns, we now have a clear, well-organized view of incoming funds, which has made our overall financial management much more efficient.

One of the biggest benefits for us has been the Zeffy payment reports. They make it easy to monitor fund inflow, reconcile transactions, and simplify our accounting process. What used to require substantial manual effort is now streamlined, easier to follow, and far more transparent.

Overall, Zeffy has been a real game-changer for our organization. It helps us stay organized and accountable, and it keeps our focus on our mission instead of getting bogged down in administrative complexity. We highly recommend Zeffy to any nonprofit looking for a simple, effective, and reliable fundraising platform.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

This isn’t something I dislike, but I do wish Zeffy offered a couple of additional features.

First, I’d like to see separate payouts by campaign. Right now, a single payout can include funds from multiple campaigns combined into one. I can still see the breakdown through the Zeffy payment reports, so it’s not difficult to figure out the split, but having payouts automatically segregated by campaign would be a helpful added feature.

Second, while Zeffy lets us create simple campaign signup forms, I wish it were more capable for more complex forms, similar to what Fillout.com supports. That would be a great addition.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

centralizing managing the fund flow, easier to reconcile.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you! Zeffy is a fee-free fundraising and donor management platform, and that centralized view of fund flow across all your campaigns is exactly what makes Zeffy useful for organizations managing multiple fundraising streams at once.

The payment reports giving you a breakdown of which funds came from which campaign is a core part of that visibility, and all of it is available at zero cost regardless of how many campaigns you run.

On separate payouts by campaign: Zeffy supports multiple bank accounts, which lets you route different campaigns to different accounts for cleaner deposit separation. For splitting payouts at the campaign level within a single bank, that feedback goes directly to the product team and shapes what gets built next.

Zeffy's Donor management and CRM feature automatically creates a contact record for every transaction and lets you filter donors by campaign, giving you a cleaner view of your donors across all campaigns.

Zeffy's Newsletters and emailing feature lets you send updates specific to each campaign to your donors directly from the dashboard, keeping all your outreach tied to the same zero-fee platform.

Glad Zeffy is working for your organization and that the fund management has been cleaner since you started.

  ### 21. Streamlined Nonprofit Event Management with Zeffy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyce O.

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I like that Zeffy is user-friendly for our nonprofit, as well as for our donors and customers. I also appreciate that Zeffy feels modern and updated, which provides a nice storefront for our online presence. Lastly, I like that Zeffy is continuing to invest in their product offering, even taking some of my recommendations into account for feature releases.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

I don't like that it automatically adds 17% for our customers. I have received negative feedback from our donors that when they go to make a donation, a $45 fee was added and they didn't catch it at the end. And then they were upset, and it looked negative on our nonprofit. So that's probably our main pain point. Is the additional fee that's automatically added when the dollar value is high, then it's a bad experience for our donors. I also wish MFA was enabled for logins because the platform is attached to our bank account information, I am uncomfortable with the login, not having multi factor authentication.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zeffy to organize and communicate our events and fundraising campaigns. It's much faster, saving us time and without platform fees, which is amazing for our nonprofit.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you, Alyce! Hearing that Zeffy feels modern and user-friendly for your team and your donors is great, and knowing that your product feedback has made it into releases is a real example of how the platform evolves. Zeffy is a one-stop fundraising and donor management platform with zero platform fees, and the time it saves on event management and tracking is exactly what it is built for.

The event setup workflow, from campaign creation to payment tracking, is one of the most valuable parts of the platform for nonprofits running multiple fundraising cycles each year.

On the tip: thank you for raising this. Donors see it as an editable line before payment is confirmed and can remove it entirely at that step. For any donor who feels they were charged without intending to tip, reach out to us at contact@zeffy.com and we'll issue a full refund right away. Beyond the dedicated section we include, a note in your form description in your own words can also help set expectations upfront for your audience. On MFA: that is genuinely helpful feedback, and our product team ships improvements weekly with all feedback going directly into the roadmap.

Two Zeffy tools worth exploring. Zeffy's newsletter tool lets you send branded updates and communications directly from the dashboard to keep supporters engaged between events. Zeffy's donor management and CRM tools let you track giving history and segment your audience for more targeted campaigns.

Really glad Zeffy is working for your organization.

  ### 22. Flexible Solution for Nonprofit Ticketing, Donation and Email Campaigns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harmonie B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I really like the flexible campaign options in Zeffy. We can easily set up tickets, donations, auctions, pay-what-you-can, products like t-shirts, and subscriptions. It's all straightforward for our users, and they get an automatic donation receipt via email for tax purposes. I also appreciate that Zeffy lets us embed campaign forms directly onto our website with minimal setup, which helps us keep our branding consistent and people on our site. Plus, the customer relationship management tools like list building and group messaging are features I find very useful. Zeffy was easy to set up, allowing us to add multiple admin users, which is great for our board and volunteers. Lastly, I appreciate that Zeffy works well as a standalone ticketing and email campaign tool without needing supplements.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

One feature that needs to be improved are the design tools for page and email design. They are nice, but minimal, and the campaign pages don't look great on a laptop/desktop. We sometimes need to put a lot of information on a page, like if we're selling seats to a workshop or course, but the page design doesn't have a lot of flexibility for that kind of information. It's great for a product like a tshirt and event ticketing, but needs to have a better layout engine for more complicated items.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy eliminates high fees from other payment processors and consolidates our payments ecosystem, simplifying reconciliation.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you, Harmonie! Zeffy is a 100% free fundraising platform for nonprofits, and the range you described, from ticketing and auctions to product sales, pay-what-you-can, and subscriptions all in one embedded platform, is a strong example of how Zeffy is built to handle the full fundraising mix.

The CRM tools for list building and group messaging you highlighted are particularly valuable for organizations running multiple campaign types. Being able to segment and communicate with different supporter groups from the same platform that handles your transactions keeps everything connected.

On the page design and layout flexibility: that is well-targeted feedback. A richer layout engine for content-heavy pages, especially for workshop or course offerings that need structured information blocks, would make a real difference. Your input goes directly to the team working on those features.

If your organization collects payments in person at workshops or events, Zeffy's Tap to Pay feature lets any team member accept payments from an iPhone with no card reader needed. Zeffy's raffle tool is also worth exploring if you ever want to run a ticketed fundraising draw alongside your events.

Glad Zeffy is working for you and your organization.

  ### 23. costumer service

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

The costumer service is very good, even without me requesting anything I like that it keeps me informed of any movement in the account. Therefore I haven't had the need to reach out directly.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

Nothing found yet. I have the app and it hasn't given me any issues.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not aware of any issues.

  ### 24. Great low-cost fundraising tool, but donor tip defaults and customization can frustrate

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I've been using Zeffy.com for the past year or so to handle online donations, event ticketing, and some basic donor management for our small nonprofit. We're not a huge organization, so keeping costs low is crucial, and that's where Zeffy really shines. Here's my honest take on what I like best, what I don't, and why I still give it a solid recommendation.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

The optional donor tip (which supports Zeffy) defaults to being added to the total, and sometimes it feels a bit aggressive—especially on higher-ticket events where donors have to manually remove or adjust it. It can come across as slightly pushy or confusing for some supporters, and I've had a couple of people comment on it. Also, while the platform is solid for basics, it lacks some advanced customization options or deeper integrations that bigger, paid platforms offer (like more complex CRM features or specific reporting). There have been occasional minor glitches, like slower loading times during peak events, but nothing that's broken a campaign.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I like best about Zeffy is that it's genuinely 100% free for nonprofits—no platform fees, no credit card processing fees, nothing deducted from the donations or event sales.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you for the review! Zeffy is a 100% free fundraising platform for nonprofits, and hearing that the combination of online donations, ticketing, and donor management has been working well for a small organization focused on keeping costs low is exactly the story we want to tell.

The breadth of tools available at zero cost is something most nonprofits do not expect when they first try Zeffy. Automated tax receipts, real-time campaign tracking, and donor history are all included with no subscription fee and no transaction fee.

On the tip: thank you for this feedback. Donors see the editable tip line before confirming payment and can set it to zero. Beyond the dedicated section we include, a note in your form description in your own words is one of the easiest ways to set expectations with your donors upfront. We are always happy to help with the wording.

Two tools that might add value: Zeffy's Newsletters and emailing feature lets you send campaign updates and donor communications without needing a separate platform. Tap to Pay turns your phone into a contactless payment terminal for in-person events, no card reader needed.

Really glad Zeffy is working for your organization.

  ### 25. Seamless Event & Donation Tracking, Needs Email Design Tweak

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim N.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I like the sharing function in Zeffy the most because it makes sharing event invitations much easier. Before using Zeffy, it was a bit of a hassle since I had to parse all the text and spend hours designing posters. Zeffy helps me ensure I have a good template to put in the email for sharing with the people who registered. So it's actually helped me a lot in this part. It was quite easy to set up, and I can even invite people to log into our event page, see the list of upcoming events, completed events, and my teammates can keep track of everything. They can also analyze outcomes from previous events and registrations to see where we can improve.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

I think there's one part in Zeffy that could be improved a bit. It's the email designing template. Sometimes when I try to design a thank you letter after the event, the tool is a bit difficult to use. It sometimes cuts off the page at a position where I don't want it to, which is something I'd like Zeffy to improve.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zeffy for tracking event registrations and donations, ensuring a smooth process for receiving donation money. It simplifies sharing event invitations by integrating design tools, making sharing much easier without spending hours on design.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you, Tim! Zeffy is a one-stop fundraising and donor management platform with zero platform fees, and the way it centralizes event sharing, registration tracking, team collaboration, and outcome analysis is exactly what it is built to do.

The sharing feature you described, with ready-to-use email templates for event invitations, saves real hours compared to building communications from scratch. Having your team able to view upcoming and completed events, track registrations, and analyze results from a shared dashboard is a strong setup for any event driven organization.

On the email design template: the formatting and layout issues you described are useful feedback. Our product team ships improvements weekly and specific usability input like this goes directly into shaping what gets refined next.

If your organization works with recurring supporters, Zeffy's membership tools let you set up tiered supporter programs with automated renewals and receipts at zero fees. For thank you letters after events, Zeffy's Donor Mail tool is also worth a look, handling personalized letter printing and mailing directly from the dashboard for you.

Glad Zeffy is working for you and your organization.

  ### 26. Tracking donations, issuing contribution letters, and keeping records organized.....Thanks Zeffy!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

The platform automatically sends contribution letters to our supporters, saving us time, keeping us organized, and allowing us to focus on serving young people rather than handling paperwork. The ability to track donations easily, send automatic contribution letters, and receive 100% of our donations still makes Zeffy an excellent tool for our work.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

The customization options for forms and pages feel a bit limited, especially when we want everything to match our organization’s branding exactly. There’s also a bit of a learning curve when you’re exploring all the features for the first time. That said, Zeffy is awesome overall.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy solves several major challenges for our organization, especially around donation management and administrative workload. Before using Zeffy, tracking donations, issuing contribution letters, and keeping records organized took a lot of manual time and effort. Zeffy centralizes all of that by automatically tracking contributions, generating acknowledgment letters, and keeping donor information in one place.

This has been a huge benefit for us because it reduces administrative tasks and allows our team to focus more on serving youth through our soccer, education, and mentorship programs. Another major problem Zeffy solves is donation processing fees; receiving 100% of donated funds means more resources go directly into programming and support for the young people and families we serve.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you for the kind review! Zeffy is a 100% free fundraising platform for nonprofits, and the automatic contribution letters and donation tracking you described are core parts of what the platform is designed to handle so your team can stay focused on the young people you serve.

Every donation, receipt, and donor record is stored and organized automatically so the administrative side stays under control without extra effort. The 100% retention model means none of what you raise gets eroded by fees.

On the form customization and the learning curve: both are fair points. The team works continuously on expanding customization options, and all feedback goes directly into shaping what comes next.

Two tools that could deepen your impact: Zeffy's Memberships feature lets you offer recurring membership tiers so your most engaged supporters can give regularly with automated renewals and receipts. And Zeffy's Peer to Peer Fundraising lets supporters create their own fundraising pages on your behalf, a strong fit for communities rallying around a shared mission.

Glad Zeffy is working for you and your organization.

  ### 27. Zeffy has been a helpful tool for our non-profit for donations, dues, etc.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I like the payment overview and how it compartmentalizes each payment with date, description, amount, and contact. Very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

I feel like its been a great platform for what we've needed.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its creating an easy way for donors to donate to our non profit and for parents in our family education center to register their dues.

  ### 28. Impactful and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Murlene C.

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

The platform allows us to bulk email, fundraise, and do other tasks all in one place

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

I wish the newsletter builder was a little more user friendly. Its sometimes temperamental

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to reach donors and community partners without the added expense usually associated with fundraising.

  ### 29. Kissimmee Woman's Club Fundraising Made Easy with Zeffy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

Zeffy allows the convenience of receiving 100% of donations towards the club with now fees. Communications and tracking responses, open rates and clicks is made easy.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

Communication templates and font options are limited.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating campaigns helps us to account for the different fundraisers we do.

  ### 30. Intuitive Platform with Great Email Campaign Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carly S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I like that Zeffy is intuitive and clean, which makes it easy to use. It's great that we can send email campaigns through the platform, allowing us to create emails for our donors to invite them to events and send newsletters. Plus, it gives them opportunities to donate to our organization, which simplifies our fundraising efforts.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

I'm using Zeffy as a CRM, and I don't feel like it is a comprehensive CRM. I think we need another platform for a comprehensive donor CRM. Zeffy functions primarily as a donation processing platform and an email campaign site.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy helps us process payments and manage donor outreach. It's intuitive and clean, allowing us to send email campaigns to invite donors to events and provide donation opportunities.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you for this review! Zeffy is a fee-free fundraising and donor management platform, and the combination of donation processing, email campaigns, and event invitations in one place is exactly what the platform is built to deliver.

The newsletter and email tools are designed to keep your donor communications and fundraising in the same flow, so your team isn't switching between platforms for the pieces that Zeffy does cover.

On the CRM depth: you're right that Zeffy's donor management tools — contact records, transaction history, tags, filtering, and notes — are designed to complement fundraising rather than replace a dedicated CRM. For organizations with complex relationship tracking needs, running a dedicated CRM alongside Zeffy is a reasonable combination. The donor management side is actively expanding and your specific feedback shapes what gets prioritized next.

If you host fundraising events, Zeffy's Raffles tool is a straightforward complement to your event invitations, with multiple ticket bundles and prize tiers included at no cost. Zeffy's live Auction feature is also worth exploring, letting supporters bid in real time on donated items from any device with winners charged automatically.

Glad Zeffy is working for the core of your organization's fundraising and communications.

  ### 38. Fundraising (Primary) and basic donor management/reporting for Zeffy-origin gifts.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriane W. | President / Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

Zeffy is easy for donors to use and for our team to set up quickly. The no-fee model is a big help for a small nonprofit, and the donation forms and basic reporting are straightforward and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

I dislike how the optional contribution to Zeffy is presented. The word “optional” is faded and easy to miss, which can feel misleading. The default suggested contribution is 17%, and the preset alternatives trend higher, which does not feel donor-friendly.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy gives us a simple way to collect online donations without platform fees, so more of each gift goes directly to our programs. It reduces friction for donors, provides quick setup for campaigns, and gives us usable reporting for reconciliation.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you, Adriane! The no-fee model you mentioned is one of the most meaningful advantages for a small nonprofit where every dollar matters. Zeffy is a zero-fee fundraising platform built for nonprofits, and the donation forms and basic reporting are designed to work reliably without any overhead on your end.

For the reporting side: if you need more granular data or export options, the donor management tools let you filter contacts and export transaction history for offline review.

Two Zeffy tools worth knowing about. Zeffy's auction feature lets you run online or in-person silent auctions directly on the platform, with no bidder account required and automatic payment collection. Zeffy's membership feature lets you collect recurring dues and membership fees with automatic renewal, which can provide more predictable income alongside your fundraising campaigns.

Really glad Zeffy is working for your organization.

  ### 44. Free Donations Tool with Room for CRM Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elana L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I like that Zeffy is a free tool for getting donations, with no fees involved. It's easy to capture donor data and send emails to our database. The initial setup of Zeffy was simple, which made it convenient for us.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

We struggle with the donor management piece in Zeffy. There's no way to relate contacts to one another or manage multiple emails for the same contact. The donor data feels limited.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zeffy is a free and easy way to capture donations which is a big benefit for our small nonprofit. It also provides an easy way to send community emails and manage donor events.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you for this honest feedback. Zeffy is a 100% free fundraising platform for nonprofits, and keeping donation processing and email outreach completely free for your organization is genuinely what the platform is built for.

The donation capture and email tools are fully included at zero cost, and every dollar that comes in through your forms goes directly to your cause with nothing deducted for platform or processing fees.

On the donor management limitations: the ability to relate contacts to one another and manage multiple emails per contact are genuine gaps in the current CRM, and we hear this from organizations managing family donor networks or complex relationships. These are on the development roadmap, and your specific feedback helps prioritize what gets built next. Our team ships improvements weekly.

Zeffy's Peer to Peer Fundraising tools can help expand your reach by letting supporters create their own fundraising pages on your behalf, which can bring in new donors outside your existing database. Zeffy also has Donor Mail, which lets you send personalized thank-you letters and fundraising appeals from the dashboard, with printing and mailing handled for you.

Glad Zeffy is working for the core of what your organization needs, and we're committed to improving the tools around it.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

It allows us to consolidate memberships and financial contributions in a single solution to manage memberships and financial contributions.
It allows us to track contributions by campaign to review our progress and success.
It allows us to easily manage tax receipts and thank you letters reducing the work required to compile tax receipts at year end. We did not usually issue thank you letters. Now everyone receives acknowledgement of their financial contribution.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you for the detailed review! Zeffy is nonprofit fundraising software with no platform fees and no transaction fees, and that core value you described, receiving 100% of every contribution regardless of source, is the foundation Zeffy is built on.

The automated tax receipts and thank-you letters save significant time for fund-raising teams managing high contribution volumes. Having memberships and financial contributions managed in one platform also removes a lot of the reconciliation work that comes with juggling separate systems.

On the reporting customization, membership date flexibility, and list archiving: these are all meaningful improvements for mid-market organizations with complex administrative needs. On the tax receipts by country: suppressing receipts for non-Canadian contributions is a specific but valid requirement for cross-border fundraising, and all of this goes directly to the product roadmap.

If your organization runs fundraising events, Zeffy's ticketing tool handles registration and payment in the same platform at 0% fees. Zeffy also has Donor Mail, which lets you send personalized thank you letters and appeals from the dashboard, with printing and mailing handled for you.

Glad Zeffy is working for you and your organization.

  ### 48. Good

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Veterinary

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

Helps keep data in one place with emailing capabilities and has helpful writing tools and templates. Having a payment system that doesn't take excessive % out of donations.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

The forms do not allow enough fields and we can not text message out of zeffy.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Payment ease for donations.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful review! Zeffy is nonprofit fundraising software with no platform fees and no transaction fees, so the payment system you mentioned never skims a percentage off your donations and your organization keeps everything it raises. We are really glad having your data, emailing, and writing templates together in one place is making the work easier for your team.

One thing you might not have found yet: Zeffy already lets you add custom questions to your forms, so you can collect more than the default fields and tailor each form to exactly what your organization needs. On text messaging, that is genuinely helpful feedback. Our product team ships improvements weekly and all feedback we collect goes directly into building the roadmap.

A couple of features worth exploring when you have a moment: Donor Mail lets you send personalized thank you letters and appeals straight from your Zeffy dashboard, with printing and mailing handled for you. The online store is also handy if you ever want to offer branded merchandise to supporters, with sales tracked in the same place as everything else.

Glad Zeffy is working for you and your organization.

  ### 49. Free for Nonprofits—A Huge Win

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I LOVE that it is free for non profits! This helps so much.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

1. That Zeffy automatically includes a percentage of each donation as a donation to Zeffy. It is misleading - people do not understand that they can choose not to include this. Donors have complained feeling this is an overcharge they did not authorize.
2. Impossible to reach a live person for customer service.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were paying over $5k a year in credit card processing fees. Zeffy is saving us that much money! Now we can use that money to support the programs and services we provide for free to our community.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you for the review! Zeffy is nonprofit fundraising software with no platform fees and no transaction fees, and the fact that being free for nonprofits has made that kind of difference is exactly what we are here for.

The ability for nonprofits to keep every dollar they raise is the core of what Zeffy is built around, and we are glad it has been working well for your organization.

On the tip: thank you for raising this. Donors see the editable tip line before payment is confirmed and can remove it entirely at that step. For any donor who feels they were charged without intending to tip, reach out to us at contact@zeffy.com and we will issue a full refund right away. Beyond the dedicated section we include, a note in your form description in your own words can also help set expectations upfront for your audience.

Two features worth knowing about: Donor Mail lets you send personalized thank-you letters and fundraising appeals directly from the Zeffy dashboard, with printing and mailing handled for you. Zeffy's Tap to Pay turns any phone into a contactless payment terminal for in-person collections, no card reader required.

Really glad Zeffy is working for your organization.

  ### 50. Essential for Non-Profit Fundraising Success

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nidhi S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zeffy?**

I use Zeffy to raise funds for a nonprofit community. It solves several problems that nonprofits and community groups face when raising money online. It helps me create donation campaigns, memberships, raffles, auctions, and event ticket sales. I like its built-in donor management and automatic receipts. It's easy to set up and start using.

**What do you dislike about Zeffy?**

It's feels tok cluttered some time to use.

**What problems is Zeffy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zeffy to solve fundraising challenges for non-profits. It helps create donation campaigns, manage donors, and automate receipts, making online fundraising easier.

**Official Response from Hubert Fanneau:**

> Thank you Nidhi! Zeffy is a fee-free fundraising and donor management platform, and the breadth you described, donations, memberships, raffles, auctions, and event tickets all from one dashboard, is exactly what it is designed to support for nonprofits.

The automatic tax receipts you mentioned are included across all campaign types at no additional cost, which saves the admin work that usually falls on small teams. Donors receive them automatically after each transaction, removing the follow up step entirely.

The feedback about the interface feeling cluttered at times is something we take seriously. Our product team ships updates weekly and all feedback goes directly into building the roadmap.

Two tools that may complement what you are already doing: Zeffy's online store lets you list products with inventory tracking, apply discount codes, and sell items directly from your dashboard alongside your other campaigns. Zeffy's newsletter tool lets you send branded email updates to your full donor list directly from the platform, so you can stay in touch between campaigns without needing a separate email service.

Glad Zeffy is working for your organization.
