Zeffy is a nonprofit fundraising platform where every dollar raised stays with the mission. Unlike most fundraising tools, which charge 5% or more per transaction, Zeffy covers all credit card processing fees and platform costs — funded instead by optional tips donors leave at checkout. Development directors, fundraising coordinators, treasurers, and executive directors rely on Zeffy to run their entire fundraising operation from one place, whether they lead a small community organization or a national charity with thousands of donors. The fee problem is real: on a $100,000 campaign, transaction fees alone can redirect $5,000 or more away from programs before a single dollar reaches the cause. Zeffy eliminates this loss entirely. Nonprofits pay no platform fee, no monthly subscription, and no hidden charge — every processing cost is absorbed so the full amount raised goes to the mission. From one dashboard, organizations can create donation forms, sell event tickets, run raffles, manage online auctions, launch peer-to-peer campaigns, handle memberships with automatic renewal, and operate an online shop. In-person fundraising is handled through a tap-to-pay mobile app that accepts payments on the spot. For donor communications, Zeffy includes a built-in email and newsletter platform as well as a postmail service that sends physical letters and postcards directly to donors. Giving history, contact records, and automated tax receipts for eligible organizations are managed through a built-in CRM, with real-time reporting across all fundraising types. Zeffy connects with the tools nonprofits already use. Donation forms and campaign pages embed directly into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace websites and more!
