Technical and processual solutions help us to develop what we need. **What do you dislike about ZEDEDA?** As we always find constructive ways to solve problems, I really do not see disadvantages now. **What problems is ZEDEDA solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZEDEDA enables us to manage and operate Edge devices all over the world. Our environment is widely spread around the world and it's a big help to know the status of every device at all times. Customer support is always prompt in response. They listen to the customer's needs. **What do you dislike about ZEDEDA?** We would like to see more logs in devices, and for a longer interval. It would be helpful when trying to debug any problems. **What problems is ZEDEDA solving and how is that benefiting you?** New versions installation works very well. We can parallelize upgrades in many devices via API or in a supervised fashion. Once a device is in field we can deploy network configuration changes with ease, and without human error. ### 4. Their prompt support was extremely helpful on the adoption of their technology and get our product on the market. **What do you dislike about ZEDEDA?** So far we have not been able to find downsides as all the identified gaps have been dealt with by Zededa. **What problems is ZEDEDA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zededa is accelerating our time to market by supplying us with a comprehensive edge environment including user management, security, device and fleet management and an application marketplace. ### 5. This mix allows a controlled adoption cure for containers at the edge. In the Industrial Automation space, there is still a wide array of windows dependencies; this ability was critical in our selection criteria. While VM support was necessary, a clear path to a fully containerized future was paramount. The ability to support a "simple" and more "complex" spectrum of container support is a core enabler as we ramp up the inventory of containerized applications. Supporting project policies that enable automated and consistent application deployment templates is also a compelling feature. **What do you dislike about ZEDEDA?** The UI needs more filters, sorting capabilities and field pickers to expose more attributes on some screens. Adding a 'storage explorer' that enables a utilization view of the edge storage would be awesome. **What problems is ZEDEDA solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a platform that enables secure edge computing first and foremost. The Zededa platform has a compelling security story. Additionally, we needed to be able to provide a catalog of applications that could be managed as a fleet in addition to the edge hardware. This concept will enable industrial customers to deploy and more efficiently manage many instances of the same application hosted on the Zededa managed edges. ### 8. This includes mechanisms for secure device provisioning and updating our value-creating applications across a fleet. Zededa also provides visibility into application logs, resource utilization, device events, and network traffic, among other things. We have confidence in their security-centric approach. Zededa allows our company to focus less on infrastructure and focus more on delivering value to our customers. **What do you dislike about ZEDEDA?** While customer support has always been very responsive, we would appreciate more resources to enable us to help ourselves. I have noticed that content in the help center has increased considerably since our early days, and I can see that they are focused on this initiative. **What problems is ZEDEDA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we found Zededa, we pieced together multiple tools to accomplish various edge management and monitoring functions, including several tools developed and maintained in-house. The result was complex, and we still had several key functionality gaps. Zededa provides a single tool for complete edge orchestration. ### 9.
