The platform enables customer-centric teams to collect and analyze customer feedback, prioritize product features, and develop clear requirements for dev and design teams. I appreciate the integration capabilities of Zeda.io that allow teams to use their preferred tools for collecting, analyzing, planning, and executing product development tasks. We integrated it with our Jira and slack workflows along with handling the migration of feature requests via API from an external platform - for which Zeda's team assisted us thoroughly!

There is a certain learning curve involved with Zeda as shortcuts you may think to be obvious aren't there, especially in terms of understanding and utilizing the product discovery and analysis tools.
