Zeck allows materials to be updated real time and comments and questions to be posed before a meeting starts. Our favorite part is the iterative and collaborative nature of putting together the information with all the disciplines seeing the entirety of the business at the same time. We've been using Zeck to run both board meetinga and internal staff meetings for about a year. It's transformed the meetings entirely. Instead of getting caught up in formatting and spin, we just plug in our content, share it, and go. Since we can track which board members have reviewed the content and where they've spent their time, we know where the conversation will be. The ability to have questions submitted in advance and answer them in line means that we don't spend the first hour covering little clarifications. I needed a simple solution that took our board docket process and modernized it. Zeck is fairly easy to use and has the right amount of tools for the board to get the information they need. We’ve crafted around 50 Zeck decks that we use regularly in team meetings and with key partners, and it’s saving us around 70-80% of the time we used to spend on similar updates. No need for graphic design help anymore – Zeck keeps everything professional and consistent, allowing us to focus more on the message than the design. Plus, I love the analytics. Zeck is very easy to navigate. Features are clearly described, and the customer support team is very fast to respond to questions. We were able to implement the use of Zeck quickly, and our board members were eager to get on board. Not only do we use Zeck for board meeting materials, we also use Zeck for committee meetings and as a way to share additional information with our board. We utilize Zeck almost every day. It isn't a hindrance on my ability to use Zeck, but I work out of Microsoft products, and there's no Microsoft integration (yet). If you work from Google, the integration is excellent. Adding images, graphs, tables, text, and other elements is super easy.
